My name had been removed from the list. I was able to talk to one of the technicians about the issue, it was quickly resolved. The TV is too loud and it makes it hard to hear when the technicians are talking to the patients, please lower the volume. Overall my experience was pleasant. The entire laboratory is very clean, the technicians could be a bit more gentle, however, the job gets done in a clean and safe manner.

I've never had any issues or problems with Quest Diagnostic with making appointments and getting bloodwork done. I've ALWAYS made appointments on the app a week prior and always been able to get the date and times needed. Once I arrive at the office I check in on the app and within a few minutes they call me back. Usually I'm in and out within 15 to 30 minutes. At each location I've used everyone has always been super helpful and very friendly! Observations from today and past visits: those who choose not to make appointments will sit there a while and get upset because they aren't being called. They were mad with me today! They said "You just walked in and stood there and 5 minutes later you're called back"... "Then 10 minutes later you are walking out and leaving"! Then they tell me they have been sitting there for hours! I tell them "make the appointment on the app". Easy-Peasy People!!!! Use the app and make the appointment! Definitely recommend Quest Diagnostic!!!

The big deal is that an angry acting technician very badly hurt my arm when she jammed the needle in. Normally, I can barely feel the needle but this was brutal. And when I expressed that I was in pain, she kept right on and never said a word. She then proceeded to attempt to snap the elastic band off of the top of my arm, and the attempt failed-painfully. So she immediately repeated the painful snap and thank goodness for me the tight strap came off the second time. This woman should never be allowed to be around another person with a needle!! I then bled profusely for several hours and have a blown vein!
