There are a great number of patients going here and that is for a reason. Yes they do get behind at times but when you have to spend the right amount of time with a patient they do not hesitate. Sometimes it is tough to get an appointment but when you do they spend the time needed with you. It is interesting to note that the complaints made here are generally due to people not making apointments, coming in after hours and wanting to self prescribe. My annual exam was charged to me even though they told me I do not pay for an annual. They would not take it off my bill after countless calls and emails in which they admitted I do not owe the $40. One helpful person took the time to investigate and told me my chart was coded wrong and therefore billed as med management. I do not even have meds prescribed through them. It's time to move on, they are incompetent on all levels. Save time, do not consider this practice if you value your time, your health or your money.
