My annual exam was charged to me even though they told me I do not pay for an annual. They would not take it off my bill after countless calls and emails in which they admitted I do not owe the $40. One helpful person took the time to investigate and told me my chart was coded wrong and therefore billed as med management. I do not even have meds prescribed through them. It's time to move on, they are incompetent on all levels. Save time, do not consider this practice if you value your time, your health or your money.
