Went in for testing right after the Thanksgiving holiday. Completed the paperwork and testing within 20minutes of arrival. And thats with a couple people ahead of me. The team was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. Definitely recommend. Blood draws, urine tests, injections, etc. they handle it all with grace and make sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. Will definitely be returning soon. read more

Excellent experience. Staff is caring and professional. My 6 year old daughter needed lab work done and staff were so sweet to her! She didn't even cry. The phlebotomist was so amazing and everyone was great. I love having the ability to work with my Dr and not only get the test they would like to see, but also any test that I would like. This office is super kind, timely, and saves a ton on prices! I doubt anyone likes Quest or LabCorp - they are awful! Any Lab Tests Now is amazing. When you don't have insurance or your copays is absurdly expensive. I was paying $500 for my tests at Labcorp or Quest diagnostics but it was $175.00 with here. No wait ever and friendly staff. It was funny when I got my results the same companies I used to go to were the labs these guys used to do the lab work so go figure. I was getting robbed by the big companies. read more

I showed up at 7:15 on a Friday morning when their hours posted are 7-5 Mon-Friday. I waited until 7:50, still no one to be found in the building. I read several previous reviews that complained that the employees do not show up on time, but seriously...an hour after your posted opening time? Maybe they should consider changing their hours instead of wasting other people's time. read more

I discovered this lab to have better prices than most places for getting my A1c tests done (blood sugar, 3 month average). I did not know what to expect, as some places stick me and re-stick me or wiggle the needle to find the vien ... telling me I have "rolling veins". Well, none of that at this great place. Over the past couple years, I have had numerous A1c blood draws and also testosterone test and the prostrate blood draw test, and had B12 shot there. The manager, Ginny is great. Very efficient at pulling up old records, following up to get test results asap, and providing whatever information or help she can give. She is also quite knowledgable about diabetic issues, vegetarian and other nutritional matters and shows genuine interest and concern about those who go there and is a very positive and pleasant person (which is helpful when you are there with concerns or to get "pricked" or to try and figure out what tests you may want or need done). Beyond all of that, Ginny will also do the blood draws at times, as needed. I call her "Ginny Painless"; I swear you don't even realize she stuck the needle in and it's out already. Ginny has done a number of blood draws on me, and B12 shots, and she has to get an A+ on every aspect of that! Trust me, I have had some miserable and painful blood draws in doctors offices and hospitals over the years; NOT SO here. On a couple occasions, someone else drew my blood (I think her name was Diane) and she was also of the "PAINLESS" club, Ginny considers that the "norm" and does not accept excuses for hurting people in blood draws. If, like me, you have ever had a painful blood draw before, you'll love Ginny and her group! A former professor, I don't give A+'s readily ... but it is well deserved here with Ginny! They also keep reports on file and if you need info when there Ginny will pull them up and give you a copy of your past report if you need it. Very efficiently run office for wide variety of tests. I have even offered to pay for my adult children to go her just of tests to set baseline info at their ages and told them it is painless and nice. It is also conveniently located in a strip shopping center on the East end of the center where you can easily park some 40' or so from the front door (nice in rain or summer heat, etc.) read more

I was introduced to this business when I had to do a pre employment drug test. I was given a list of several places to choose from, but only Any Lab Test Now answered their phone, had reasonable hours and seemed at all interested in helping me. They were prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend. read more

The people who work at this particular lab have really bad customer service skills ( from what I personally experienced it was only two people) including over the phone. The way they talk to you, there is just no friendliness, no joy. You can tell they hate what they do in their voice. I thoughy it was just that day and maybe they weren't having a good day at the lab but then when my results came in a week later they called and it was the same thing, same feeling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Really I would just go some where else. read more

I have been a client as this company for almost a year. I was in there last during the middle of March. The customer service I received was horrible. The medical assistant "Jenny", was very unprofessional. First off, she reeked of cigarrette smoke. Second, she asked question that I did not feel were appropriate. My condition and status was none of her business. Lastly, I know I have small veins, but her skills as far as drawing my blood, was right out SAD. She hurt me and didn't even seem to care. Her only concern was to be all chipper and up in my personal business. I have never had such an experience there. I wish the former employee, I don't remember her name, but she had red hair and the sweetest little boy Dylan. I do remember him. In all my visits there, this lady (red head used to have brown hair), I want to say her name was Jenny too, but not too sure. She was always very professional, never once invaded my privacy, never once missed a vein or had to stick me more than once, she was very informative on the test (this new lady knew NOTHING) and LISTENED to me. I couldn't get a word in with this other lady. Also, I never once seen the other employees under garments. I was so disgusted to see Jenny's (the blonde's) THONGS every-time she bent down...ugh....My husband and I will not be getting our test done there again, we'd rather pay more and go elsewhere! read more
