The team was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. Definitely recommend. Blood draws, urine tests, injections, etc. they handle it all with grace and make sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. Will definitely be returning soon.

I may have gone in with a skeptical attitude, but after not seeing anything to complain about, I left with a content feeling. I probably will not being going back anytime soon, but for this encounter is was not a bad one. The room was very bland and the colours made me want to sleep, but other than that it was fine.

I needed lab work first and the lady was nice and efficient. Then I as taken care of by a man whose name escapes me. Very nice guy. Justin gets an honorable mention iron since I talked to him on the phone. Everyone took good care of me offering me music and making me comfortable. Pleasant experience overall which is comforting especially for a woman of color. I'd definitely return. P.s. I traveled to come here.

I originally went to the CareSpot on Monument Road near the Walgreens. I just needed a pre-cataract…read moresurgery clearance. This one (Monument Rd) required a chest xray though my dr had listed what he wanted from this exam and an xray was not part of it. I tried to explain this to the office staff who was very rude and adamant that their policy is I would have to get that xray for them to clear me. Even the office manager said I had to have the xray. While I was sitting in the lobby, I called the CareSpot at 410 Atlantic Blvd to ask if they require a chest xray for this pre cataract clearance. The person answering the phone thought that funny/odd. She said they do not require anything that the dr didn't specify was needed. So, I walked out of the one on Monument Road where everyone I encountered was rude to have a totally opposite experience at this one. ( I don't understand how on earth the policies can be so different at the various locations from the same company.). Every staff member here was very polite and professional. The exam was just as ordered by my doctor with no requirement for unnecessary tests. The lobby was very clean (opposite from Monument Rd) and calming. I was in and out in the amount of time I wasted sitting in the waiting room of the other facility.
