First Class Tree Service did a great job at a reasonable fee. They trimmed my huge, out-of-control Bougainville shrub to the exact shape that we discussed. They removed the cut branches and cleaned up all of the leaves. They even loaded all the branches into their mulching machine so the green waste would go to a good use. We had an absolute great experience with the First Class Tree Service Team. We had a large pine tree (100 years old) that had to be cut down because out piping issues. They were quick to respond and set up time to come out, had a very reasonable price, and were knowledgeable. They came out and cut down our tree, took a little over one day and did all the clean up work. They even went into our neighbors yard and removed the fallen debris there as well. I would highly recommend this company! One suggestion as we had someone come out right after to install a fence, they suggested that there should be some type of chemical placed on top of the stump to make it die even faster (although pine trees don't grow back). Not sure if that's something the company would look to offer in the future. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Jose and an hour or so after they missed our/their appointment, I contacted Jose. He commented they were running late from the appointment before ours and wasn't sure when they would be here. I asked why he did not try and contact us to let us know there was going to be a delay. He apologized and then "fired themselves" from the job. I had also recommended First Class Tree Service to a neighbor who was considering using their services. Once Jose found their job was separate from ours, and I did not know if they were going to use their services, is when it seems the lack of communication started (and ended). They never showed. They put me on the schedule within the week and about 10 guys showed up on the day of and within about 1.5 hours, the trees were gone. They were fully equipped with trucks, stump grinders and workers. We are very happy with their services and will be contacting them again if we need to remove more trees or trim the palm trees.
