I contacted First Class Tree Service for an estimate on removing a tree stump, cutting back a tree that was pushing against my neighbors fence, and removing about 10 small to medium size trees. They responded within an hour of my request, came out the next week to provide an estimate, and then completed the work the following week. Great communication and the work was done quickly and on time. Definitely will use them again in the future. read more

OUTSTANDING! I serve on a condo HOA board and the Yelp reviews were top-notch, so we went with First Class Tree Service. They had the most affordable quote, and as other posts mentioned, Jose called me back within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. They came, conquered our palm trees and jacarandas in a busy urban area, with a bus stop to deal with, too. They completed the job in about 5 hours with four workers and a wood chipper machine. They wore masks and helmets, and were thorough professionals. They cleaned up the area wonderfully before departing. Can't promote them enough, and now we have an affordable, professional tree trimming service we will use in the future. read more

This place was amazing!!! They had the best price and the owner was very quick to respond to my messages on yelp! He came out the same day to give me A free estimate! The men who came to work were fast and clean and very careful I was amazed they were able to get such difficult trees to come down so quickly!!! They cut three large trees down in under three hours!! Everyone was so kind and responsive and really made me feel like a valued customer! I can't thank these men enough for making my yard look a hundred times better!!! Not only were they the cheapest quote I received, they were one of the most professional, friendly, and prompt companies I encountered on my search to remove 6 palm trees from my property. Jose was great to deal with. I was so impressed that I hired them again to remove the perimeter hedge around my yard. Highly recommended!! read more

Jose and his crew went above and beyond. Our residence sits on a very steep slope and it is not easy to access. They made it look effortless. Jose and crew were thoughtful, professional and responsible. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you Jose. read more

First Class Tree Service lived up to their name and did an excellent job. From when Jose came to quote some work on some palms I wanted until the work was finished, the entire team was professional, friendly, considerate and consultative. Some of the work they did was long overdue, but I also decided to have the trunk of some very large Mexican Fan palms skinned. The palms used to look like they could be growing in a junk yard but now they look like they could be at Disneyland! Great job! Great team! Great guys. read more

I scheduled an appointment with them to do an estimate on several tree trimmings in our yard. I rushed back home to meet Jose at the appointment time. I texted him 20 minutes later asking if he was on his way. It's been 3 days and he has yet to text back any response or apologize for standing me up. Poor service and follow-through. read more

This company is great! They cut our monster pepper tree to half its size. It had grown into three of our neighbors yards and was hard to get to. They were quick, professional, and cleaned everything up at the end. They know what they are doing so it was low stress for us! Thanks so much! read more

Friendly, punctual, efficient, and skilled! We had them tame an overgrown pine tree, and trim a few other trees as well. There was a delay due to rain, but they quickly rescheduled and came as scheduled on the new date. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone. The trees look great! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend First Class Tree Service. Jose responded immediately to my text requests, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he is very knowledgable and answered all my questions, the whole team is friendly and professional and they did a great job on removing huge parts of two trees on my patio and trimming some others. We had a large eucalyptus branch come out in our backyard. Jose came out late morning to assess the work and provide a very reasonable estimate. We have used José and Dad's team for several years. It's time I write. We live on a canyon with palms & lots of shrubs. They always listen closely to our wishes and do just as we request without concern. They'll look at the work during our schedule. We feel secure to leave them alone without us watching. The palms are very tall, a major job for non-expert. Returns calls quickly. Negotiable and a great value. I've recommended them to friends. From start to finish First Class tree service make the process easy and pain free. Originally I was looking for a tree service company to help my parents remove a rather large and awkwardly placed pine tree. After several over the top quotes from other companies I decided to give First Class Tree Service a call.
