Great customer service. The gentleman was very honest regarding time and cost. Smog check was done in 20 minutes, which is very efficient

First time going in for a smog and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back , I highly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed. Customer service here was 10 out of 10; harold made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. read more

I brought two cars here, about a week apart. The first visit went OK. Service was quick and friendly. When I brought my second car in, it was completely different. Harold was very brisk and condescending. He was perfectly pleasant and even chatty with the man in front of me. My daughter and I, however, were treated like we were inferior. I got my certificate and promised to never go back. This is sad, because I loved the former guy, George. I had been coming to see him for the past six years since I moved to California. He was always friendly, he had great prices, and his customer service made me want to come back. Not with this new guy. read more

Great service, customer service exceptional, quick and easy process. Would recommend 10/10

My wife and I looked up smog places and this is the only 5 Star rated smog center around. Smog certificate pricing is an amazing value. Harold is awesome and both customer and vehicle service well warranted another 5 Star rating! read more

Quick and easy smog check! They are super responsive and will answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Best smog place to exist! Highly recommend! I bring every car I have to this spot, never any issues.

Super nice guy! Very helpful! Got here and opening and was first to get help. Helpful finding discount coupon.

Negative stars. THIS IS WORTH READIND IF YOU ARE THINKING OF TAKING YOUR VECHICAL THERE, IT MAY SAVE YOU MONEY. my experience was ridiculous, I almost paid over $700 ,on a new catalyic converter that I didn't need, luckily I took my car to an honest auto shop that told me I didn't need one, and informed on what I needed to do, getting back to first class that guy working there 6/9/2023 would not listen to me and became aggregated, he told me he was offended, apparently he didn't know about the information I relayed back from the muffler shop down the street, long story short, I asked to talk to the owner of the shop who I was told was Ryan, but I think it may be Harold who I met two years earlier, but was told he was unreachable and was n ever in the shop. A couple of days later, I got a call to come get my refund and was told that they did not want anything to do with me and my car, hummmm. I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that I called in the referees or the BAR(bureau of automotive repair). Very consistent and high quality service . Technicians are always very nice and thorough. Would recommend to anybody.

Fast friendly service! Needed smog test for my car registration renewal and was able to get it done super quick.

First time here. Very helpful. They took care of me. Answered my questions. Harold was great.

Quick response via Yelp! Best price quoted with a review left on Yelp. I received immediate and very helpful customer service

Good communication, friendly, and good service. Helpful. Fairly easy to find location.

Came in on a Monday around 5pm for a smog check and received service quickly. Great deal with the check in offer!

Requested a quote for a smog on a late 90s SUV. Quoted $150.. nearly triple what I've been quoted at over 3 spots. I went here previously on a different make and model, had a great interaction but idk where this high number came from. I've had this car for over 10 years and have never been quoted that high. Cannot say I recommend doing business with this establishment, I understand you need to make a living but price gouging is not the way. I told you I wouldn't leave a review but the fact you gave a quote and then said the DYNO wasn't working anyways is just confusing. Keep searching I'm 100% sure you'll find a better deal, not like anyone actually wants to get their car smogged so why pay higher than you have too. read more

Easy parking, quick, friendly smog check spot. Was recommended by family and will be recommending everyone here!

Excellent customer service by Harold. He went above and beyond. You'll never gonna get this service from other shop.

My first smog check on my CX-5. 3/13/23 First Class Smog handled it so well. Harold offered me treats and something to drink. We talked through the entire process about my car and current events in our lives. Of course we had so much in common with the same views. First Class Smog cares about their customers. I felt very comfortable with Harold's feedback on my car, especially when he said it passed the Smog Test. Thank you! read more

Brandon was very professional and helpful! If you need service, I highly recommend you come here!

Fast & affordable smog check. I've been coming here for the past 6 years to get a smog on my 2012 Toyota. The techs are quick even without an appointment. I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. Great service. I will continue to return and have recommended friends. read more

Very fast, great customer service. I was in and out which is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come again

First Class Smog charges a "Groupon Processing Fee" which doubles the standard certificate fee. $16 in fees over and above what you pay for the Groupon. Wants Groupon business, but doesn't want to pay for the marketing and volume Groupon provides. Hopes you won't notice and lies about it when asked. Completely dishonest and unfair to Groupon customers. You'd pay less if you just walked up. Groupon says they are investigating and thankfully refunded my money. Took my business elsewhere and suggest you do to. **UPDATE** Owner says no record of service, because I refused to pay the fee and left. Notice he doesn't dispute the facts of my review. We actually have used his service before he charged the Groupon fee and had no complaints. If he stops charging Groupon customers a fee, I will remove my review. read more
