Very friendly and quick! They offer bottled water and have a few chairs outside where you can sit and wait. I made an appointment for 10:30a and was 15min late(sorry!) and the technician was very nice about it. Credit card has a less than $1 added fee but I had enough cash to paid in cash. I came here on 5/29-30th Wednesday and Thursday and was closed both days when I showed up at 4pm. According to heir posted hours their suppose to be opened til 5pm. I drove all the way out there bc they had a cheap online coupon. I wasted my gas twice and I won't be coming back here again. Extremely annoyed by their false advertising of the posted business hours! They'd have to give me a smog check for $20 with certificate in order to gain my business otherwise screw this business! Time was up for yet another smog! This is my go to location for top service! It's fast, pricing is posted so it is very clear how much I have to pay. The technician has great communication and very friendly too! He even offered me some water. The location has its own seating area which is so nice. I have nothing bad to say about this business, I feel like the only bad reviews here are from cheap people looking to get a $20 smog that doesn't exist anymore lol I'm sure there are coupons posted for this business but I personally prefer not to use the coupons because i like to support small businesses. Smog check costed $50 for my 2006 Scion tC but I checked in on Yelp to get the $10 off deal. Final total came out to $40 flat (paid in cash). I think credit card would've had an extra fee. We came without an appointment but luckily didn't have to wait. Service was fast ~ 15 min. Hyro was so nice and offered us water but we decided to walk to Van Dyke Coffee down the street. I called and was able to make an appointment that same day. My Smog check, along with the certificate, was $40 cash. The guy greeted me by my name and told me it will be done in 15min. I left to walk my dog during that time and he finished shortly thereafter. If your smog check fails you get to redo it for free as long as you come back within 30 days. Second visit to this place, first was almost 2 years ago, and I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Called this morning at 9:30am and was able to make an 11:30am appt, same day. When I pulled up, Hyro was already expecting me and greeted me by appt time. I was told the Smog Check service takes about 15 minutes, so to please have a seat. They have a few chairs out under an umbrella for shade. Hyro took my keys and moved my car into the garage. Upon getting out, he came back out to offer me a water bottle. This spot is located across from the little Fullerton airport and can be easily missed so look for a small-ish, circular sign that says OC smog that is picketed on the sidewalk at pretty much pedestrian eye-level (hope that makes sense). Service both times have been exceptional. They prefer ypu call in and set up an appointment but bith times I've been here, it has not been overcrowded or difficult to park I have a 2007 Honda Civic. Smog check cost $27.75 (Yelp offer) + $12.25 in fees and certificate. Recommend using cash but if you have to use card, there's an $0.85 additional charge. Smog service today, took less than the originally estimated 15 minutes. read more

This is my second time to visit here for checking smog. And, I didn't know that smog check needs usually bi-annually. I went there and had a small chat with the owner and he asked me to show renewal paper from DMV. Even, I forgot to bring it. He said it is okay and just double check that it is shown up at paper that smog check section on DMV paper. If it is not, I don't have to have a smog test.
