I actually come here at least twice a month. My GF likes pizza what can I say. But i must admit, the pizza here is really good, i travel a lot for work, and i always loved the pizzas in both New York City, São Paulo Brazil and Chicago. But upon returning to California I always felt let down by the pizza here. I have found a few pretty good pizza spots and this is one of them along with Sonny's in San Clemente. My GF usually get her own combo of toppings , pepperoni, meatballs olives and onions. I prefer their white pizza. This place allows you to split the pizza, so we usually each get our own half, although recently she has been invading my white pizza side! I have never tried the thin crust, but i may in the future, their regular crust however is pretty good. They also make a pretty good chicken wing, although they see, pricey for just a few wings. I LOVE pastrami so I thought this would be a great option. Unfortunately the online ordering site does not have photos or descriptions. Sorry NY but thick crust is my favorite when it comes to preferred style. When it comes down to it nothin beats a fresh soft dough pizza right out of the oven. Also ordered their garlic bread which essentially is pizza dough with just butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese and I have to admit I ate half an order of garlic bread before I finished 1 slice of pizza. With so many corporate pizza places in Irvine, it's great to have a high-quality, privately owned establishment in the area. In these 10+ years, we've tried almost everything on the menu and they've consistently knocked it out of the park!!! Appetizers Wings - 5/5 - We typically get the lemon pepper but have tried buffalo, garlic parmesan, mango habanero, honey buffalo and teriyaki. They're always nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They give a hefty serving for only $10. Potato Wedges - 5/5 - These aren't your grocery store potato wedges, they're so fluffy and you get a TON for only $6 Onion Rings - 4/5 - They're really good when you can eat them in-person but definitely get soggy in the packaging. Sides of ranch - 10/5 (Yes, 10 stars.. Haha) - Their ranch is homemade and is so good. The kids want to dip everything in their ranch so we always order extra for the kids to dip their pizza crust. There's nothing more hurtful than prepackaged ranch and First Class does it right! Pizza - 5/5 Okay, so first thing is that they clearly use quality ingredients and don't skimp on the toppings. You're definitely paying a premium for the quality ingredients (and probably location) but it's worth it. Keep in mind that their normal crust is pretty thick! So, if you're not into a ton of crust, I recommend getting their thin crust. With so many pizza places around, it is hard to find places that truly differentiate themselves from the rest. First Class Pizza (FCP) which is hidden away in Woodbury Plaza houses some of the freshes and highest quality ingredients. Those ingredients allow FCP for the lack of better words to have first class flavors. This is not your fast food chain pizza place and the prices do reflect that. They offer everything from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pastas, desserts, and of course pizzas. In the appetizers department they offer things such a potato wedges, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, etc. Tip: The chicken wings come as a pound which is roughly 10 wings. These can be broken into two half orders meaning if you want to try their lemon pepper and mild you can without having to order 2 lbs of wings. For the fans that prefer less soggy/soft wings have them make the wings well done. Their salads are not to be skipped. Their house salad is so refreshing and even though simple ingredients it is probably one of the tastiest salads you had. For the people not feeling like pizza they offer some incredible oven baked sandwiches. The Italian Stallion tends to be an all time favorite. For the non mayo fans have them take that off. For the to go orders have them put the dressing on the side to avoid a soggy sandwich when you get home. Tip: if they ever bring back the Philly cheese steak do not sleep on it! That Boarhead goodness has never been replicated anywhere else. For the pasta lovers they have you covered. All the pastas are pretty decent but if you are craving a creamy pasta check out the Chicken Alfredo or Chicken Pesto which comes with loads of chicken. A tip: have them add extra sauce on the side since some days it can be a little light. As for dessert they do not have many options and more often than not the food alone will make you stuffed to the point dessert is not an enjoyable experience even if you have a separate stomach just for delicious sweets. The pizza is definitely the prize winner. For the bread lovers they will not be disappointed in the crust and amount of dough. For the others it is recommended to get it thin crust. They are heavy handed on the toppings (dare I say too many) so thin crust lovers may need the dough extra crispy to avoid it falling apart. The pizza sauce can lean towards the sweet side so a light sauce modification may be the way to go for people apprehensive to sweeter flavors. They always have a different pizza concoction not on their standard menu that should not be overlooked. The lunch speciality slice changes everyday. Tip: get the Jacobs Idea well if you are in camp pineapple on pizza. It comes with pepperoni, bacon, pineapple, crushed red pepper, and a cheese blanket. It is so good even none pineapple fans have enjoyed it. Last, for the adult beverage drinkers they offer a great selection of beers. Jacob always has a great selection and suggestions. The place can get quite busy so make sure to order ahead of time if picking up or be prepared to wait and keep busy on your phone. Normally seating is limited so you will have to stand and avoid blocking walk ways. The staff are always friendly and for all these reasons FCP is a solid 5 out of 5. read more

One word: Delicious!!! I always get the ultimate thin crust because it is simple but it is so good and one of my favorites! I love the banana peppers for that extra kick and you can just taste the quality of the pizza. Honestly, my mouth is watering from just writing those few sentences. Also, their bread sticks are so good! They are fluffy, cheesy, and they come with this marinara sauce that makes it even better. They also have a great selection of beer whether its their tap list or its from their fridge. You can also ask any of the employees for recommendations and they'll help you out. This place has exceptional pizza with an interesting choice of specialty pizzas that you wouldn't typically find at your average pizza place. I personally really enjoy the spicy south western it has a nice blend of flavors and the honey mustard like sauce gives it a different feel that I didn't think I I wanted on my pizza until I tried it. My wife really enjoys their great white pizza or the veggie pizza which are both very delicious as well. We usually do half one and half the other which is great that they give this option. The customer service is also good. We came in once and they had made a mistake, so they credited us the whole pizza. (Gave us thin crust instead of regular) They have personal pizzas as well which are a decent size and their wings and Sammy's are also pretty good if you don't feel like pizza.
