I tried to place an order for delivery tonight but according to the stupid girl that answered the phone I had to place a $50 dollar or more before tax order before I could get delivery. I have ordered pizza from first class for the last 3 years to the same address and I have never had to spend more than $40 for delivery. I asked the stupid girl when this policy changed and she stated about a month ago. (which is BS because I ordered from them less than a month ago) she then proceeded to tell me that I can add 14.00 more dollars to my order or just cancel it. I told her so your not going to deliver a $42.00 order? she said no and I can either come pick it up or cancel. this girl didn't give two shits about anything that I said. I just canceled the order and ordered from another pizza establishment. I would love to talk to a manager/owner about this "policy" that has all of the sudden changed and review my order history with them. read more

A fantastic experience. After just one time, I can't say enough good things about first class pizza. The pizza itself is top notch. I would put it up there with round table, and I hold round table in very high esteem. The toppings were applied generously and of great quality. The crust was top both and the sauce, delicious. Prices were what one would expect of any pizza of good quality. The thing that put this place over the top, though, was the service. I felt like I was a regular and I had never been there before. They really cared about getting everything as I would want it. Asking if I wanted all the things one could want so that I would enjoy my pizza exactly as I like but always forget. First thing I could think of was, "This is a freaking heavy pizza for a thin-crust." In my mind, this could only mean one thing; my thin-crust wasn't actually going to be thin. Could I be any more wrong? I opened that pizza box and...combo toppings. Toppings EVERYWHERE (pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms). The crust was as thin as can be expected. To be quick, it wasn't the best tasting pizza I've ever had, but it was among my top picks. The toppings were fresh, decent cheese to sauce ratio, and did I mention toppings? I must say, I definitely was filled afterwards. But for $30 between two people at a pizza place, you would expect leftovers. There weren't any. Maybe we're just fat and big eaters, but I'd like to think otherwise. Again, my only complaints were the portion and pricing. If it was strictly about the food, I'd give it a solid 5. But, these kids have no customer service acumen whatsoever. No phone etiquette and worse when you pick up your order. The young lady told me 30 minutes on the phone. When I arrived 45 minutes later, they didn't even start making my pie yet. Even worse, they have that system where they flip the display around for you to add a tip before you are served. HA! The shame is that the pizza is ok. Pricey but, ok. I had to use a napkin to sop away the grease from my cheese slice. The center of my pizza was a little undercooked on a takeout pizza on my second visit. I would expect better service for the small fortune I am paying. Service is pretty excellent. The manager/boss is totally in top of it. There is a huge selection of condiments and unique beverage options. The food is made when ordered and super fresh. My favorite is the spaghetti with meatballs and chicken wings. It's better than cooking at home because there are no dishes, and the price is right. We came here 5 years ago and remembered it had pretty decent pizza, so we decided to try it again. This place was extremely busy when we went in on a Friday night around 6:30 and waited to order our pizza to go. There's only standing room when they get really busy so we just stood and watched some games going on the TVs all across the wall. After the first quarter of the bball finished, our pizza was ready to go. Smelled good, which was a good sign. Cheese was appropriately melty and stretchy. But when we finally bit into it, it was really disappointing. The dough didn't seem fresh - crust was stale/not crisp. The tomato sauce seemed too sweet - almost like they ran out of sauce so they just used ketchup. Sadly I was disappointed and likely won't return. read more

I'd first heard of First Class pizza from a coworker, who was referring to the Tustin location (unaffiliated with the Woodbury location). The Woodbury location is, if not closer to me, then an easier drive. Wow! First thing to know is: it's NOT cheap. Second is....you get what you pay for. I always order the combo and the toppings are seriously plentiful....sausage rolls off the top when eating.... It travels well and heats up well, too. Never a greasy or soggy crust, the meats seem fresh and are definitely tasty. Very friendly staff. The wings are great, too. This is the only pizza place we visit now. read more

We ordered a cheese pizza with basil through DoorDash. The pizza was a huge disappointment. The basil was apparently an afterthought because it was put on top of the pizza and then baked. You don't bake fresh herbs until they become crispy shards. The pizza's appearance was off-putting due to the black basil on top. We were too hungry to call and try to get a new pizza. The sauce did not redeem the pizza and neither did the small amount of cheese. We don't care for a thick crust, which we received due to no option on DoorDash to choose thin crust, but this tasted ok. The pizza was cold when it arrived which is unusual for both DoorDash and First Class and I'm suspecting that this pizza was made and was left to sit. I'm not sure. I'm just baffled by what we received. Something seems to happen to First Class every few years. They are consistently good and then they are terribly bad. It is during these bad times that we leave and don't give them our business. It's a shame. Consistency matters. read more
