No cheese. But ham.
Kori A.

I love this place when they get my order right. Today I ordered salami, turkey, and cheese on a roll with mustard. Instead I got salami, turkey and ham on a roll with mustard. It's really annoying because I work in Queens and look forward to having the lunch that I ordered. I also, do not like ham. It's always the girl with the black hair that gets my sandwhich order wrong. Their sweetened iced tea is amazing though. -- Update: Ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter and got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. -- Where can I go to get the correct food I order? This place isn't it. Besides the ice tea I can't recommend anything else. I'm over the whole incorrect order thing.

As you can see little turkey and like no ham... worst deli sandwich... staff needs be trained how make a real deli sandwich!

I ordered a sandwich from there was worst deli sandwich... when you get a deli sandwich you get alot of cold cut and its packed in there, this was clearly not the case.. got charged ton of money with a sandwich whith barley no meat.. staff needs be trained how to make a real deli sandwich... overall not happy what i got and what i had to pay for something like that.. horrible .. if you go there check your sandwich and make sure you get decent sandwich before you pay for it...

Nice selection of goodies and custom sandwiches

Since our favorite deli (Bagel Factory Farmingdale) closed decided to give this a try. Pleasantly surprised with the interior - large variety of goodies! Soups, sandwiches, bagels, sweets, etc. Rating was pulled down a bit because we felt the bagels were not traditional NY style that has a nice crust shell outside but nice chewy inside. Plus their "everything" bagel did not have salt outside (bummer). The spread we got was lite veggie tuna could've used just a bit more seasoning for that oomph. Another sandwich we shared was the grilled chxn/pesto/sundried tomato with cheese panini. Size was gigantic and flavors spot on for this creation but wished they used bread usually used in paninis (too doughy and did not hold together). Overall, good place but for now I guess the search for great bagels continues.

Minestrone Soup

Minestrone soup and lobster bisque soup were both excellent and definitely hit the spot on a rainy day!

Bagels, Deli Sandwiches, Pastries this place has an abundance of these delicious offerings, so many in fact that the store's counters, display cases and inventory consumes most of the restaurant's floor space leaving very little room for the few tables jammed in the tiny dining area. The quality is above board as well as the service, the line does move a little slow as others have stated but they get it right the first time and it's fresh and delicious. I came here after getting a recommendation from a associate that lives in the area and she was spot on. We loved everything we were served here and I definitely plan on returning.

BEC on a toasted plain bagel. So good!

Update: came back after Kieth, the owner private messaged me. I must say, experience is MUCH different. They don't roll your eyes when you have a special request, staff is friendly and sandwiches are sooo good (but they always were) I'll have to come back for lunch and see what it's like bc that's were I get picky lol Glad I can come back here and have a great experience Old review: Customer service is horrible. I come here because its the closest by me... But when I do I make sure I have an extra 5 min because they can NEVER get My sandwich right. Employees always look miserable... Food is good when they get it right, place is really nice. I need to find a new local deli though because this place isn't worth the headache.

Don't get how the bagel shop sales gift cards that don't work and the staff has no explanation for you. Other than that a great bagel shop.

Tried some competing shops in the area and was a bit disappointed. Friendly or not, I'm pretty sure they've got the best food.

Working in the area, and looking for a decent deli sandwich. Found this spot. It was highly rated,…read moreand people seem to be loving their cheesesteaks and sandwiches. So, I decided to head on over. It's a tiny spot. So, I waited a bit before going in since there was already 4 other people inside and that literally took up all the space inside. I ordered the "Stallone Cheesesteak" and the Papacino Italiano w/ no tomatoes. The Italiano was good, but could be better. Too much dressing, and the peppers made the hero super mushy. It tasted ok, nothing spectacular. Now the Stallone was sub par to say the least. I had high hopes for this one after reading all the great reviews about their sandwiches. The combo of hot Italian sausage and steak sounded pretty nice. However the execution was poor. The steak was over cooked and chewy & lacked flavor. The sausage was almost non existent in the sandwich & the pieces I had tasted bland. The tomato sauce made the sandwich a mess to eat & not in a good way. That hero was nothing close to garlicky. I didn't even finish it. It wasn't very appealing to eat. Too chewy and flavors were off. Maybe I'll give them another shot? But that's a huge maybe. Parking is available. Variety of drinks to choose from. If you pay with card they charge you more. Staff wasn't the most polite.

Long island is the land of great bagels and to be a true contender you need to stand out. Papacinos…read moreis probably the last local bagel joint I've yet to try so when a few errands conveniently put me in that area I gave it a go. I generally don't comment on atmosphere but papacinos overall is alittle generic. You walk in and there's nothing that makes you hungry. I want to see display cases full of bagels that scream "eat me!". Papa's maybe had 8 varieties in total hidden behind the counter and they just didn't scream appetizing. I asked for the darkest sesame they had with butter. A good bagel should have a slightly crunchy outside with a doughy inner. This bagel for the most part accomplished that but in a completely forgetable way. They were very light on the butter which I don't mind but I always lean on the side of "more is better" as you can always remove some but you can't conjure more. Overall papacinos is neither good or bad. It's a 90mph fastball down the middle no movement. This is a problem because in a world of SUPER STARS being just a STAR DOESNT CUT IT New York 2.5-3 Anywhere else in this country 4
