Ok thanks to my teeny-tiny girl & fellow Yelper Laura G, this place has been bookmarked for many months but it closes at 4pm. I am so glad I finally made it here. Another off the beaten path place. It's in an industrial park on a street across from the Tanger Outlets. You could pass it a million times & never know what heavenly deliciousness is being made inside. Oh did I mention EVERYTHING is made On Site! First off it's totally AUTHENTIC all Greek! I must've shocked the crap out of them walking through the door. How would I know this place existed?! An older Greek couple was walking out as I walked in. To my left & right there's spices, oregano, olive oils, grape leaves, etc. I keep walking, passing the Greek soda & cheeses while overhearing the lady at the counter speaking Greek to the 2 ladies behind the counter while they are stuffing her 3 shopping bags full of goodies. Oh my what's that?! Baklava?! How many different kinds? Is that cake? Wait, do I see olives?! OMG cookies too?! I asked for a sampler of 4 things sweet. A piece of that circle shaped olive pastry thing & a piece of the tomato, olive & cheese pastry. The nice young lady proceeded to fill a tray with an assortment of almost every sweet she had. I say, Wait! I'm sorry I just wanted these 4 things. She smiles & says yes I know, but these I give for free for you to try. I love her! Thank you! Thank you so much! Now everything was delicious. The pastries were perfectly made with just the right amount of honey syrup. Not overly sweet. But that pastry with the tomatoes, olives & cheese! MIND BLOWING!!! My son was mad I only bought one. He said he'd become a vegetarian if all vegetables tasted this good. I wish I knew the proper names for these items. But that's ok I have Yelp! I'll show a picture & say I want more of this! Do yourself a favor & get down here. You have to experience this place, it's awesome! 6-24-2016

Stopped in last week to purchase some frozen Greek spanakopita's, fresh feta and assorted sweets. Was really looking forward to trying this place out after going many times to Titan foods in Astoria. Outlet store is very small, but there's a lot of stuff packed into the space so it's good. Prices are about the same as their other store. Desserts though weren't as fresh tasting as we had hoped. Same for the cooked spinach and cheese pies, it was just ok. Walnut honey cookies were by far the best item we purchased on this trip. Just OK

Such cute boxes holding your delicious treats

I have never seen more than one check out lane open even at peak times. I recently started driving a bit further to another supermarket that does have hand baskets for the times you only need a few things and I wish I changed sooner because I'm saving an average of $40-$60 each trip for the exact same items.

Staff was unable to assist in the reprint (obviously needed additional training and lacking in empathy) and kept repeating they did their part of the transaction and I was scammed by Apple (first time ever in 20 years). They took my information to pass along to their manager Kathleen to call me back.the following day. I knew I would never hear back from anyone at the store as when they took my information I knew that note would end up lost/tossed in the garbage. Customer support was non existent. Luckily I proactively contacted corporate and they were able to immediately assist me while waiting for Kathleen to respond (a week later never did). It's an adequate super market in regard to price and inventory but if you need any assistance consider yourself warned. If they cannot handle a simple call back where else are they deficient?

The place is spotless, especially the halal butcher counter, which is open (every day except Sundays) from 10 am to two hours before closing, after which it undergoes a vigorous cleaning regimen. The variety of goods is stunning for a small store, and stock is well maintained. They have a very varied and intriguing selection of Indian sweets, including varieties of halvah (a.k.a halwa, etc.) and methai (including the amazing balushahi), some of which I've never seen before. Atop the sweets counter is seekh kebab, samosa (a family recipe that is baked, not fried), a light pastry and slightly spicy chicken patty, crunchy namak para, plus the popular and tasty jalebi.
