The cashier provide subpar service, the cash out was lengthy and she needed assistance as the register was not cooperating. If I'm in the area again, I may stop by.

I mean refrigerated cold. Bread products hard as a rock and completely cold. This meant taking most items apart as they had hot and cold components, microwaving what is supposed to be got and the reassembling. I am guessing they filled the order at 3 and handed it to the delivery driver at 5:30 right out of the refrigerator. 2) An entire meal was missing. We didn't even have that many items. No one counts? No one checks? 3) One of the 2 desserts was burnt to the point of being inedible. The other was made completely correct. Of the 7 items in our order only 2 were good. One of the desserts and the cold appetizer (which was actually a little bit warmer than our "hot" food). Uber Eats gave me a full refund with no pushback, especially after the picture they asked for of the burned dessert. There are quite a few other places with an almost identical menu and similar (former) quality in my area. I will just go to them from now on. Sad. This was our go to.

They weren't bad but definitely not great. The fried shrimps were just okay. The breading and meat were a bit chewy and firm, not very crisp. For the rice I was partially expecting a spanish type of white rice but it was plain steamed rice. This did work well though because my other items were a bit salty anyway. The real star of the show was the fish. This was definitely prepped in house and it was so good. A crisp, generously seasoned outer crust with the flaky meat intact and moist. I found their cayenne pepper sauce perfect for the fried seafood, very thin and vinegar forward to cut through the grease a bit. The truck is in a very crowded and busy parking lot for an automobile service facility. There is a big parking lot across the street but then you have to try and get across Long Island Avenue to place your order. I've read a lot of reviews of this truck so finally had to stop in and give it a try and I am SO glad I did. This could be my new favorite "Taco Spot" near my office. First time I stopped I tried their Birria Tacos and quickly decided they're at least as good as the ones I get from Taqueria el Sabor Poblano in Hicksville. Today I tried three different tacos: Chicken, Sausage and BBQ pork. All three were GREAT! Because of their lower overhead, it costs less than what I get from the place in Hicksville and the tacos are every bit as good. I'll definitely be back again and again.
