I have never had a poor experience here and every time I visit, there are a bunch of customers sitting and enjoying their food. There's are always old grandpas eating, having coffee, talking, reading the newspaper... I highly doubt poor customer service and crappy bagels keeps them coming back, LOL. I prefer these bagels over other DPA bagel stores and also love that I can make my own coffee to my liking. Their lox spread is legit, none of that weird fake pink stuff. Nice chunks of lox!
