They dont listen to requests. I asked for light ketchup and had to wipe my sandwich down with two napkins from a swimming pool of ketchup. It seems like they give light amount of cream cheese automatically. They have delicious bagels though and they have amazing cookies made by local bakers which is great and delicious. read more

This place SUCKS! The lady who takes the order doesn't listen. The cook doesn't listen. So you wind up with an order you are ALLERGIC to!! Simple sausage, egg and cheese on roll. Ordered on a delivery app. Got a sandwich on a hero. They adjusted to price after I ordered because I asked for Lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. They charged me $3 for those changes. I then got a call telling me they are out of heros so there could make it on a roll instead. I said that's fine, and will they be adjusting the price accordingly? They told me they can't do that. I then told them about how they just modified my price before adding on charges, they said they can't do that still... I already bit my tongue on the $3 for freakin tomato and lettuce, now they are stiffing me for the whole damn sandwich. I am a big deli sandwich fan, I have had a lot of them. Even worked at 2 different delis at points in my life. I have never been charged extra for lettuce and tomato especially for that much of a charge. Nice staff, very accommodating but it takes a long time to get your sandwich. It was Sunday afternoon, they ran out of some items and offered to substitute different items but the panini still came out wrong, it wasn't even pressed or made hot, head scratcher? My wrap was fine and had sufficient meat for the price. Be careful, there is more than one bagel place on Wellwood Avenue and it confuses lots of people, even us since we had a gift card and oops it was for the other store. read more

I came here early on a Saturday morning and there was no line to order. This is their "Extra Cream Cheese"! I HATE Cheap people! I never complain about their prices or the fact that they ALWAYS Charge a credit card fee whether it's $10 or $100! Most NY Bagel stores would consider this "Light on the Cream Cheese!" They don't even offer a side salad with the deli sandwiches anymore! I once ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant, instead or telling me they don't bake croissants, they took the prepackaged croissant they sell next to the chips and candy(the nasty ones the bodegas sell), and made my sandwich with that. It tasted nothing like a croissant, just fake butter and the plastic wrapper it was sitting in for weeks. There's always egg shells in the last few bites of your egg sandwich. I have yet to get a soft "Fresh Backed Bagel" from them after going here for 11 years! As a recent transplant from NYC I love my bagels. In NYC We're spoiled because we have an abundance of them available to us. Even the "bad" places are better than most others. Imagine my surprise when the place literally down the block from me has the best bagels I've ever had. Trust me when I say Lindenhurst bagels is the best bagel place ever. They make the absolute best bagel anywhere. They are my go to before every Jets game (4-0 so far) and that just adds to why they'll be my place forever!! Seriously folks, come here. Came here to get food, the sandwich (look at photo) is sort of ok. The sandwich is a normal hero split in to 2. The first part of the hero started to taste good but on the way to the end of the first piece to to start of the 2nd piece, the chicken looks not fresh, it was warm but looked like it was over cooked. Never seen a chicken that was cooked turned a brownish color. Bacon looked dehydration and the sandwich had no flavor. At least the fries I order was fresh and tasted better. I am giving this place 3 stars as it's my first time visiting there. The location looks pretty nice, almost made me think I am in a restaurant that had a bakery. I don't understand how a dink, sandwich and fries came out to ~$17 but not going to complain about price just the quality of my sandwich. Don't eat here! Bagels and Baileys is right down the road and their food is way better! I ordered via Uber eats Easter morning, the cream cheese had a rancid sour and overly cheesy aftertaste whereas cream cheese is usually somewhat sweet. The owner would rather accuse me of lying than reimburse me for an $8 meal. He said if it were their fault then they would have taken care of me. Not sure how their food tasting wrong could possibly be my fault. I used to manage a restaurant and this is not the way to treat customers. The meal went in the trash and my stomach started to feel funny when I decided to call them. What a mistake, if I knew they'd make me feel so stupid for calling then I would've saved myself the time and aggravation. Clearly their business can't afford to make things right with a customer who threw their food in the trash. If you don't enjoy your meal here, you better suck it up because this establishment couldn't care less. Bagels are solid. My go-to's are egg everything and French toast. Egg sandwiches are good. The bagels are soft and fluffy and so yummy. They really do a great job with the bagels. Service is normally very quick and friendly. They forgot the lox on my bagel one time, which was annoying, since lox is expensive. But it was only one time. I'm not going to penalize a place for forgetting one item one time. They have been great otherwise. I haven't tried many of the sandwiches, but this is right near my apartment and walking there is super convenient. read more

Awesome!! :-) There were many delicious looking cream cheeses to choose from, as well as hot and cold lunch specials and cold cuts.
