Anyone who knows me knows Red tomato sauce or gravy as many of my Italian friends would call it, isn't my favorite. Although for the sake of a quick Sunday pasta meal for my Mr, figured to give it a try, along with some of their fresh stuffed shells. Happy and glad to report I found a freshly made red tomato sauce that my tastebuds and stomach can handle. It wasn't overly spiced or thickened with various meats/vegetables/bread which typically shys me away from it. It was mentioned that I was getting one of the last containers for the day that had a meatball and sausage in it, but not chopped or sliced up, so that worked for me as it could be taken out and eaten separately. (The meatball was pretty tasty ;) I would recommend giving this location a try for anyone with a finicky red sauce eater like me. Not to mention their stuffed shells were indeed on point. ;) I look forward to popping in again and seeing what else I can try, as the employees behind the counter were kind and quick about servicing us and location appeared kept neat and clean.

When we arrived with our party of seven, the line was out the door. Since it was a nice summer night, a line was to be expected, but the issue was that there were only two staff members working to serve a huge crowd. It took a very long time to get to the front, and when we were finally served, I asked for caramel on my ice cream. The gentleman barely put any on, so I asked if he could add a bit more. He said yes, but then immediately proceeded to serve the next customer. As I stood there holding my melting ice cream, I had to ask the other server to remind him about the topping. I had to wait until he finished helping the next person before he finally added it--mostly dumping it onto one side so it started dripping over, without offering a napkin or anything to clean it up. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired.

The buffalo wings seriously beat wings from Buffalo that my husband "smuggles" back whenever he travels there for work. The wings are lean and have right amount of skin on. I personally like more heat in them though. Bbq pork cubes are succulent n smoky. Nice. Both store signature burger and surf & turf burger are very enjoyable! Fries are too oily to my taste. Depending on your timing, you can park in the available lot on site or even in the LIRR station across the street. On a saturday night, me and my friends ended up waiting 30 mins for a table which wasn't terrible! To start, we ordered the Capri Sun, a seasonal Mango 2 Tango cocktail and a spinach artichoke dip to start. The Capri Sun was phenomenal . A perfect blend of Pacific Cooler and vodka served in a cute lil pouch. The Mango 2 Tango had a good jalapeno kick and the spinach artichoke dip was torn into with an extra serving of tortilla chips. Once we got our main courses though, that's when things started to go downhill. I ordered the hot honey fried chicken sandwich and was underwhelmed. I was expecting a craggy hunk of chicken but, it was just a chicken cutlet surrounded by ciabatta. No hot honey taste, and I had to utilize the ketchup to give it some moistness. The seasoned fries were good though. Around our table, everyone was kind of whelmed with their entrees as well. Even the desserts, deconstructed brownies, were a let down as well.
