Terribly slow. I came in with a coworker around 1230. The staff was more concerned with filling their online orders than the customers waiting in line. I personally feel there should be designated workers for online orders and designated workers for customers waiting in store. That would be much more efficient. I should not have waited over 30 minutes for my sub. There were also workers just standing around doing not much of anything. By far the worst service I've ever had at Jersey Mike's. read more

Shame on me for coming back here again, not sure if they changed owners but the staff sucks so badly here. These kids have a hard time listening to orders. Also come here if you want a sloppy sandwich and your time wasted. I had ordered food for my family had 2 kids waiting in the car wasted about 20 mins just get the wrong sized sloppy sandwiches. This is my first time as this location, but second time to a Jersey Mike's, so we (my mom and I) took a look at the menu and were thinking of trying something new but the employee, an older woman, rushed us. There was no one behind us and we weren't standing on line, we were just looking at the menu and weren't in anyone's way. She never smiled and kind of gave that elementary school cafeteria lady feeling, like we were children she was serving. The other employee was just as enthusiastic and dull as the lunch lady. I ended up ordering the same thing that I ordered at the other location which is turkey, ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. Which after the fact was a brilliant idea because then I could compare the two. This tasted the same but was not packed out as much as far as contents compared to what I received at Massapequa. Really must say it was a pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and made my sandwich to perfection. There's more then enough seating and parking at this particular location. Love these subs! Bread is always fresh, you get exactly what you want and nothing you don't. The sandwiches are huge and a good price too! Store seems pretty clean. Employees are always different and not always the best but a lot of places are having trouble with staffing these days. read more

Nicholas and Ramon could not been more rude. Sent 2 of 3 sandwiches and got the order from. Got the order completely wrong. When order arrived I tried to rectify the issue, it took 6x calling for someone to answer. Ramon took my address and made me repeat it several times to "ensure he had it right," they would make an exception and send it. Never came. I called back at the listed number (cell #), took several times again and Nicholas, well sorry you waited an additional hour there is nothing we ucan do. He suggested I call Fred. He gave me Fred's # 516 309 7811 ( bogus), or Fred didn't want to answer. they offered no solution and were ready to reimburse for all the challenges. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They don't understand common courtesy, respect manners or customer service. Look at the other comments. They can't get an order right! Jersey Mike's is definitely the best sandwich shop on Long Island. I want to commend Nicholas and Ramon, they went beyond the call of duty. I went there just a little before closing to get two sandwiches, they told me that they were completely out of bread. I just stood there, I couldn't believe they didn't have anymore bread. They thought for a second or two and remembered that they had 2 or 3 mini rolls left and went way out of there way to make my night a good one. They made me two sandwiches. They were so professional and polite. They need more employees like this to serve the public with a smile. I can't forget Fred and Aiden, they were awesome as well. Thank you. I told her it was my first time there and immediately, she helped me decide what to order. She was very polite and I could tell that she genuinely cared about the quality of the food being made. I waited online to order as to which the women in front of me was ordering several different sandwiches of which the guy associate told her not to provide any of the toppings until after. Immediately after she ordered he asked me for my order as to which I stated a chicken Philly regular of to which he didn't ask me for my bread choice And asked the following customer for their order. It all started on a Thursday when a few co workers and myself decided with regret to visit this restaurant. We decided that it may be a good idea to order by phone prior. That's where we made a big mistake. Our phone call was answered by Glen. Who based off of his phone skills and the conversations we heard while waiting probably should not be operating the meat slicer let alone a business. We were placed on hold for the entirety of our drive. Never even getting a chance to order. While we were waiting to order in person we were still on hold and could see that Glen could careless to even check the phone he placed on hold. They also seemed to have a higher priority to online or phone orders that were based on my experience were placed a month prior. The young woman that helped was very courteous and apologized for the long wait but pardon me while I think live customers should hold a priority over online or phone orders.
