Extremely rude service and laziness. I don't believe this is standard that Jersey Mike wants to hold. Pay a lot of money for quality product and don't get that. read more

Terribly slow. I came in with a coworker around 1230. The staff was more concerned with filling their online orders than the customers waiting in line. I personally feel there should be designated workers for online orders and designated workers for customers waiting in store. That would be much more efficient. I should not have waited over 30 minutes for my sub. There were also workers just standing around doing not much of anything. By far the worst service I've ever had at Jersey Mike's. read more

This is the only location that frequently cancels my online orders. Most recent cancelation 1130am on Saturday 12/21 through Uber eats. I have never had this issue at the farmingdale location. read more

Ran in for a quick sandwich and was immediately greeted by Anthony who was ready to take my order the eye contact was appreciated as we chatted. Justin was cleaning and also super friendly and recommended I try the rosemary bread as it was amazing. The crew Jill and Samaria in the day time are always so kind as the day shift can be somewhat crazy but they handle every customer with care. I appreciate the service and would like for them to be noticed. Sandra read more

Shame on me for coming back here again, not sure if they changed owners but the staff sucks so badly here. These kids have a hard time listening to orders. Also come here if you want a sloppy sandwich and your time wasted. I had ordered food for my family had 2 kids waiting in the car wasted about 20 mins just get the wrong sized sloppy sandwiches. Don't come here bring back the old owner cause these new people are horrible read more

This is my first time as this location, but second time to a Jersey Mike's, so we (my mom and I) took a look at the menu and were thinking of trying something new but the employee, an older woman, rushed us. There was no one behind us and we weren't standing on line, we were just looking at the menu and weren't in anyone's way. She never smiled and kind of gave that elementary school cafeteria lady feeling, like we were children she was serving. The other employee was just as enthusiastic and dull as the lunch lady. I ended up ordering the same thing that I ordered at the other location which is turkey, ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. Which after the fact was a brilliant idea because then I could compare the two. This tasted the same but was not packed out as much as far as contents compared to what I received at Massapequa. Look through my pics for comparison if you care to. I'd drive past this location and travel the extra distance just to go to the next closest Jersey Mike's. read more

I'm so happy every time I walk in and see a young man, named Jaquan (?). He always has the biggest smile and will welcome you no matter if he's at the register or making sandwiches. Its so nice to see such a friendly, happy face. He makes the best sandwiches too. I hope they realize how lucky they are to have him working there. He is a rare gem nowadays. I look forward to seeing him every time I walk in. thank you for the smiles and service Jaquan! read more

We love JM sandwiches and this one is always great. Nice employees, quick and good food, and I realize it's a chain but it's always exactly perfect which rules and is all you can ask of a chain really read more

The service here is absolutely terrible 7/6/23 @5:00 pm the 3 girls behind the counter ignored me then whispered and dragged there feet for a good 30 minutes to make my food which was also HORRIBLE. 3 totally miserable humans with zero customer skills shouldn't be employed with that attitude. Won't be back. read more

Love these subs! Bread is always fresh, you get exactly what you want and nothing you don't. The sandwiches are huge and a good price too! Store seems pretty clean. Employees are always different and not always the best but a lot of places are having trouble with staffing these days. read more

Wonderful service. I was there between 12-1pm (heavy rush) and seeing the staff, Megan, Steve and Jaquan handle the rush along with other complication so appropriately. Nicholas and Ramon could not been more rude. Sent 2 of 3 sandwiches and got the order from. Got the order completely wrong. When order arrived I tried to rectify the issue, it took 6x calling for someone to answer. Ramon took my address and made me repeat it several times to "ensure he had it right," they would make an exception and send it. Never came. I called back at the listed number (cell #), took several times again and Nicholas, well sorry you waited an additional hour there is nothing we ucan do. He suggested I call Fred. He gave me Fred's # 516 309 7811 ( bogus), or Fred didn't want to answer. they offered no solution and were ready to reimburse for all the challenges. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They don't understand common courtesy, respect manners or customer service. Look at the other comments. They can't get an order right! THE WORST The owner calls back eventually and starts off with a rant. Now I know where they learn their professionalism from. read more

Just tried to go there tonight at 8:30 and the doors are locked and the sign on the door says they close at 9pm.

Jersey Mike's is definitely the best sandwich shop on Long Island. I want to commend Nicholas and Ramon, they went beyond the call of duty. I went there just a little before closing to get two sandwiches, they told me that they were completely out of bread. I just stood there, I couldn't believe they didn't have anymore bread. They thought for a second or two and remembered that they had 2 or 3 mini rolls left and went way out of there way to make my night a good one. They made me two sandwiches. They were so professional and polite. They need more employees like this to serve the public with a smile. I can't forget Fred and Aiden, they were awesome as well. Thank you. The experience I had with the store manager will never take me back there. The food is not worth the nasty temperament and rude customer service. He told me not to come back. I won't! read more

Awful management and customer service. Sandwich was left out of delivery order management did not return calls or rectify the issue

I love Jersey Mike's to begin with so I'll just say that. But this location specifically is wonderful. I'm not sure if it's because it's new or what but everyone is friendly and really pleasant. I've only been in 3 times now and I'm treated like a familiar face. Of course I love the food. But I can get my favorite menu item at any location. I'm sticking with this one because of the fun atmosphere. read more

One of the best Jersey mike in Long Island . They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help the customers . I go there a lot since the food is fresh and the manager is very friendly . I went to this location last week and it was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's. I was greeted and helped by a young lady with red hair who was incredibly nice. I told her it was my first time there and immediately, she helped me decide what to order. She was very polite and I could tell that she genuinely cared about the quality of the food being made. I ended up with a delicious #13 and a satisfying experience. 100% recommend this store especially if you're looking for great food and amazing customer service. read more

I had an Italian sub and a Rueben sub on New Year's Day. While the subs were delicious they were ridiculously priced. The subs were way too small also. 9 dollars for a blimpies style hero is way too much. I will continue to go to foods of Italia for my sandwich needs. read more

once I arrived I was immediately greeted by the register lady, which was the only welcoming I felt in the store. I waited online to order as to which the women in front of me was ordering several different sandwiches of which the guy associate told her not to provide any of the toppings until after. Immediately after she ordered he asked me for my order as to which I stated a chicken Philly regular of to which he didn't ask me for my bread choice And asked the following customer for their order. I waited a couple of minutes and another women walks in as she must've been a "regular" as the guy associated completed her order in full and she even paid before me. As I patiently waited they already wrapped my sandwich as I stated I wanted additional toppings and the guy associate stated " you should've told me prior as that's a different station" so I ignored his ignorant comment and told him the toppings I needed. As I was about to pay he told the register lady number 17 as to which I wanted number 16. After this I was annoyed and I walked out with no sandwich. This place was also filthy, lettuce everyone, bread being tossed around. I will never go there again! read more

It all started on a Thursday when a few co workers and myself decided with regret to visit this restaurant. We decided that it may be a good idea to order by phone prior. That's where we made a big mistake. Our phone call was answered by Glen. Who based off of his phone skills and the conversations we heard while waiting probably should not be operating the meat slicer let alone a business. We were placed on hold for the entirety of our drive. Never even getting a chance to order. While we were waiting to order in person we were still on hold and could see that Glen could careless to even check the phone he placed on hold. They also seemed to have a higher priority to online or phone orders that were based on my experience were placed a month prior. The young woman that helped was very courteous and apologized for the long wait but pardon me while I think live customers should hold a priority over online or phone orders. Good food but not worth the wait or the bad attitude from "Glen". read more
