This is nothing like the quality of product the old owners gave to customers - was unaware it was bought about a year ago - stale cartucci such a tiny amount of cannoli filling in stale pastry - 5 bucks each - not worth 50 cents to be honest - cookies the large one 5 dollars everything grossly overpriced and underwhelming ! A woman came in for a small tray of cookies 1 lb she told her 36 dollars - come on !! The bread was small - better going to uncle Giuseppe's for at least bread - sad that this place was bought out ! This used to be a great Italian family owned bakery. My kids grew up on the cookie every holiday.... then it all stopped. The prosciutto bread is salami bread, but still $7 for a small loaf. Ok but dont says its prosciutto! In the just year or so new owners took over and it really sucks more than just the bread. Everything is smaller, less flavor .. but higher prices? Come on you replace real butter with lard, dont try to object it's obvious in your mouth! Do yourself a favor and accept villa bella is dead and the replacement isn't italian and knows no quality! read more

Was excited to order the 24 mini pastries advertised on their instagram and door dash. Unfortunately, they arrived and was pretty surprised to see only 12 pastries, only half of what was advertised. I just wanna say the food is GREAT and the staff was nice. It's run by old school Sicilian/Italian women which I do love. I love how it looked as well. All Sicilian/Italian items around the place. You can sot and eat on one/two tables. I got a box of pastries and a box of cookies. They both went so fast. This past weekend was my 25th birthday. My boyfriend went to villa bella bakery to get my cake for my party. The picture shown of the white cake was an example that he showed the old woman at the counter of what we wanted. She confirmed that she would be able to style the cake like that. We requested a chocolate cake with chocolate moose filling, purple icing on the outside with white writing, which she also confirmed she could do. As you can see from the photos, they attempted to replicate what i asked for with little success. I could live with the fact that the cake didn't really look like what i wanted, but when we cut into the cake after singing happy birthday, we discovered that it was not a chocolate cake- but lemon! The lemon with the chocolate moose filling was not appetizing to say the least. A few days later (because of the holiday) my mother went in to speak to the old woman about the cake. She was so unbelievably rude and made comments to my mother such as "he knew what he was getting" and "good don't come back here". Needless to say, we will never be coming here again and if you order a custom made cake from them, I would be very careful. read more

A friend gave me a huge arrangement of cookies from this incredible bakery , I had to look it up and find it for myself! I'm not even a cookie person but these cookies were something else... I couldn't stop eating them , huge variety and every cookie was amazing . The rainbow cookies were super moist and delicious , another top favorite were the Pignoli cookies . It's a bit far from me but I will definitely be making the drive one day to treat myself , would love to try some other desserts and the cakes look great too ! read more

Beautiful authentic (as far as I can tell) bakery in a convenient location with great prices. Their cannolis are beautiful and taste even better than they look. There was a nice Italian woman that helped us out and she added nice touches to our cannolis. Looking forward to trying other options there, they really had too much to choose from. When I go to a bakery, one thing I look for is the lobster tail pastry. V. Bella has them, and OMG, it was, by far, hands down, the best. They offer either cannoli, or French cream. I chose the French. It was perfect. Their Napolean, awesome. The woman helping me was old school Sicilian, and pleasant to talk to. There are a couple of tables to sit and eat. I purchased an assorted variety just by how tasty they appeared. The only treat whose name I know was the rainbow cookie. They were all super tasty except the rainbow cookie. This bakery was just okay. I did come during the late afternoon but there were maybe 2 cakes to choose from which was disappointing. I needed a birthday cake and was underwhelmed. I ended up getting a strawberry shortcake and asked if they could write on it but was told they'd put a happy birthday sign on it which was fine, but typically when you ask a bakery they will write on it. The cake ended up tasting good enough but nothing special. Not sure if I'd return. read more

This bakery was recommended to me by several people in the area. I ordered a white cake with whipped cream icing or frosting (according to the woman there is a difference?) with a Happy Birthday message, to be ready at 1:00 p.m. I was there at approximately 1:10 to pick it up. It had not yet been written on. When I ordered it I had asked about decoration and was told yes there would be green leaves and stuff around it. When I picked it up, there was no other color than the birthday message and some blue squiggles applied after I arrived. When I asked about the promised colored decoration, the woman said they were out of them and were waiting for the company to bring more. Couldn't they have used the stuff they write with to make some kind of decoration on the sides of the cake? This is at 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, when I ordered the cake on Tuesday or Wednesday. Best cannoli cream EVER. This classic Italian bakery has such amazing patties, I've been here every weekend for lobster tails and cannolis. The lobster tail shells are so crispy. They stay crispy even after putting them in the fridge, which I don't recommend but if you absolutely must, know that they will still be crispy. The cannoli shells are also crunchy and delicious. I wish they weren't so dark but my husband actually likes them that way. What I love about the cannoli cream recipe is that it is not super sweet and it's a bit dense. You really taste the cheese. Although I paid for expensive Italian cookies I received garbage that I could have gotten at Kmart .
