I had a very complicated case that in fact three loan agents after working a bit on my loan dropped my case!!! The amount of work and genuine effort that Sam put into my loan case was something beyond what I could ever imagine!! He not only got me a loan but he also got me THE BEST of anything possible (interest rate, terms and so on and so forth)! I was looking for a cash out loan and he got the maximum cash I could ever qualify for!! After I got the loan and told my friends about it no one could believe it! The mortgage companies who still kept calling me after I got my loan to sell their loan backed up right away when I told them about what I got!!
