I recently went here for a consultation and really liked Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had that day. I did need a quick answer a few weeks later as something had come up and it did take over a week for us to connect, but I realize that it was a busy time due to the changes to the tax law and let it slide. When we did get together, again she was able to answer my questions and we agreed that I would hire her firm to help our business with accounting and taxes. We ended that meeting by setting up an appointment for another meeting via the web. That appointment came and went without ANY contact from Stephanie or the office. I was very disappointed that there was no prior communication of any kind as to how this would work, nothing on the day of the appointment, and no contact after. A call or email saying, "hey I'm running late" or "can we reschedule" or "hey, sorry I missed our appointment..." would have been great. read more
