If you want highly professional accounting services at an affordable price, try Prestige. I was able to meet with Leena Faiz, one of the partners, at my convenience on a Saturday. She spent time with me explaining my federal and state tax returns to me and giving me valuable advice on how to minimize my tax burden next year. She even let me bring my chihuahua buddy into the office! Really can't recommend her and this company enough. read more

I'm so happy to be writing this review! After posting my original review, I was immediately contacted by Hajira. I could tell she was genuinely distressed to hear about my experience. We scheduled a meeting for today to go over my 2022 return and my 2023 forecast. She spent 2-hours going over everything in detail. She did such a great job of it! I feel completely informed and so much more confident. Prior to our doing that, she also took the time to address my Yelp comments. She'd definitely took my comments to heart and used them as an opportunity to improve how she will interact with new clients. I was very impressed by her transparency and her eagerness to discuss this. I'm now completely onboard and plan to be a long term client. As I've said before, NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A YELP REVIEW. read more

I forgot to include some documents in my old tax return and needed to refile. Stumbled upon Nabil via yelp and I am the luckiest person! He turned my nightmare into a solution, reassured me it's an easy fix. I emailed Nabil everything and boom, days later everything was sorted out and ready to be sent out for correction. A huge bill turned into hundreds:). Nabil is sharp, quick, organized and straight to the point. I would definitely go to him again for my taxes. thank you Nabil! Place is easy to find, plenty of parking. read more

Nabil was great when we started working with him late 2021, very responsive and prompt. When he filed our taxes this year, the experience started to degrade. We had to follow up with him to find out whether the taxes had been filed after we shared the requested docs mid February. They were not done till we followed up, and only filed in April. And then, we were surprised to find out we had to pay a penalty. Since the deadline was close, his advice was to pay the penalty and request a reimbursement after. It was to avoid this situation we sought his advice as a tax professional the previous year, a few months before the end of the year and also got him all the docs in February so there is sufficient time. After filing our taxes in April 2022 including the penalty, the service got worse. He said he had filed an appeal requesting a refund of the penalty and after following up with him a few times over 6 months when there was no info from the IRS, we were told to contact IRS directly. We called the IRS in November after waiting for 6 months like Nabil recommended, and were informed after being on hold for 4+ hours that there was no record of an appeal being filed. We reported this back to Nabil and despite multiple follow ups, this question has been ignored to date. A simple question inquiring what the amount of the penalty he requested waived was has gone unanswered despite repeatedly asking. In addition to the penalty question, we had asked about tax planning for 2023, for which he promptly sent an invoice for a retainer to discuss. Needless to say, we will not be retaining an accounting firm that displays no accountability to its customers for the previous year's returns one more time. read more

Nabil has been amazing to work with over the years. Sure, I could probably do my own taxes, but I just feel better knowing he will get it done. Even at the height of tax season, he manages to answer inquiries over the phone or email. read more

Nabil deserves 10 stars. When it comes to taxes, he is one of the smartest people I know. There isn't a question he doesn't know the answer to, and despite being one of the top tax services in the area, he is extremely responsive. He handles both our personal and corporate taxes/filings. On top of everything else, he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. read more

Service is fantastic!!! Prompt replies!!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Leena for over 4 years now. Every year she is thorough, quick, and direct - with what she needs from me, what our options are, and how to plan for current/future year tax planning. This most recent year, Leena and the Prestige team went above and beyond. I have a packed work schedule, growing family with little kids, plus we had moved last year so my "record keeping" from the prior year was sub-par to say the least. Leena helped point me in the right direction to find what I needed and even deduced some information I was missing based on other documents I provided. Can't tell you how much of a weight off my shoulders this was. Lastly, based on her advice last year in our tax planning conversation, this is the first year we haven't OWED money. Do yourself a favor and call Leena if you need tax help! read more

Fantastic! Quick, professional, honest. All the things you'd want in a tax professional. I had Leena prepare my taxes. She explained everything to me, and was honest regarding my previous few years taxes. It turns out my previous tax person (somewhere else) a bit "creative" with my taxes which could have gotten me into some trouble potentially. I received my return quickly and correctly. Absolutely recommended them to friends and will be back next year! read more

Just had them file my 2020 Taxes and we are very happy with their services. They filed for my husband and I who have a combination of W-2 and we both have 1099 work as well with business deductions. Their Fee is standard and in line with other Tax services so no need to shop any other tax people. We were able to do everything through their client portal so I didn't have to go into the office. Communication was also very clear with them as you can message them through their client portal which I love. Our last tax person didn't have a client portal like them and it felt so scattered. We are very happy with their services, we expected to owe a lot because of our 1099, but we were pleasantly surprised to get a return of money back. read more

I have had two incredible experiences with Prestige Accounting. Leena helped me for 2017 taxes and Neha helped me for 2018 taxes. I am impressed with their performance and grateful for their help. They definitely set the bar high in comparison to other accountant services. read more

Lena is super knowledgeable! She helped me understand a super complicated situation with my business. She went above and beyond to help me understand what options I had. Her rates seem pretty reasonable as well. The great thing is that they handle ALL the needs of a small business all under one hood. They are perfect for those business owners who don't have time and just want someone to take care of everything for you. Very convenient as well and adjusts her schedule to work with mine. read more

We have used Nabil for 3 years now. He is easy to work with, always takes the time to answer questions, and goes over our return in detail with us in person. I have an LLC and we have our personal returns. He gives helpful advice. We've paid for CPA firms that over-bill and under deliver. Nabil provides exceptional customer service and technical expertise. I would recommend him for personal returns and small-business as well. read more

I was looking for a new accountant to help me with my taxes, especially in the tri-valley area. Prestige received a lot of great reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. I called to make an appt and the customer service was very courteous and polite. I met with Leena. She was very nice and welcoming. I gave her my collection of taxes. She went through the basic questions with me and explained to me the process and any subsequent information she might need. She gave me her timeframe, which I don't remember but she was on time, if not early. When we discussed the final submission, she was very thorough and explained where the numbers came from. I will definitely use Leena from Prestige again. read more

Nabil knows more about taxes than anyone I've ever used, and he provides great customer service.

Been doing business with Prestige going on 3 years which I am very pleased with. Nabil is very professional and gets the job done right. He makes sure i get my maximum return on my taxes every year, i've been to Jackson Hewitt and H&R block and its never been a great experience. Nabil knows what he's talking about and it feels good to have a guy on your team. I will continue to do business with him and refer his services to anyone. read more

I've had an incredibly challenging time finding a good accountant. Over the past 6 years I've been through a few different CPA's and consistently find the communication to be terrible(see one of my other reviews). This is the first year I've worked with Presitige, but I can def say there's a immediate difference working with Nabil and Leena. Nabil answers my calls, and responds to my emails the same day. Leena took the time to sit down and train my staff and myself on Quickbooks, and has been great setting up payroll. Overall just a great experience and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. If you're like me and you like to understand the process, and appreciate good communication, I would highly recommend Prestige Accounting. read more

Wow! I cant even begin to explain how awesome Nabil is! He is incredibly honest and willing to help people as much as possible. There is no other Accountant that I would trust with my taxes and business entities. My husband and I used to do our own taxes which was probably the worst decision. We were audited in 2014 for our '12 taxes. At first, we consulted a friend who was going to help us and she ended up not helping much at all and made our situation worse. We looked on yelp and booked an appointment with Nabil. At this point we decided that we didn't know what we were doing and should consult someone with a great track record. Nabil helped us out big time! We got our audit amount cut in half. Nabil was able to answer questions for us via email and he directed us how to contact the IRS to help us. We have done our '14 and '15 taxes with him and although in '14 we owed (a minimal amount, which would have been much more), he helped us get to a point in '15 where we didn't owe, but were getting back quite a big return. Don't use any other Accountant than Nabil, he truly is the best and amazing at what he does. Super genuine and incredibly honest person! read more

I called on a Friday to request an appointment and the receptionist advised there were a few available on the same weekend. So grateful they scheduled me in that quickly. The moment my hubby and I walked in their office, we knew we were in good professional hands. Nabil greeted us before his wife, Leena, got in (we arrived way before our appointment). Nabil and Leena are very kind and very smart people. Leena went over all my personal information and she suggested we can either stay or come back within an hour while she plugged in all the data. Leena even texted us when she was ready for us to return! I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all. I am really impressed with their service and professionalism. Great place to get your taxes filed! read more

After 4 years of working with a very trusted and knowledgeable tax preparer in Nevada, I wanted to deal with someone closer to home. After interviewing a few tax preparers at both big and small institutions, I found Nabil to be a good fit for me since he was very personable, intelligent and knowledgeable. Additionally, he was local and very accessible which was also key for me. This was crucial for me since I am self employed and tend to have a lot of questions. While preparing my taxes, he took his time explaining all pros and cons, while reducing my liabilities in a tactful manner without putting me in jeopardy. I have since referred him other business and highly recommend checking him out. read more
