It's only February and my taxes are done thanks to Ameer. I submitted a request on his website and within the hour I received a reply outlining their tax preparation process, rates, etc. Once you decide to move forward, an account is created for you on a secured portal where you can upload all your documents. What's really helpful is he has a questionnaire you fill out that captures everything impacting your tax situation. You don't need to punch in the numbers; just upload the documents and he'll take care of the rest. Within a week, my tax return was done. After reviewing, I Docusign the return and he files it for me. All communication was done via email, although you can request a short meeting if needed, but it really wasn't necessary. He'll respond to your questions lightening fast, even on weekends. This has been the most stress-free tax season. BTW, I had contacted another CPA that was recommended through work, and she hasn't gotten back to me in over 2 weeks. I'm so glad I went with Ameer instead. He won't leave you hanging. read more
