We gave him all of the required paperwork as requested but he never filed on time. His wife helps him with the taxes and I don't know her credentials. We are self employed and had to leave many e-mails/phone calls for him to finally respond with excuses. We did not want to get penalized. He likes to bullshit but nothing happens and you are in a panic on 4/15 because he will finally e-mail you giving you a not wanted extension. The last straw was he sent an electronic copy of our taxes to only my husband that he could not print nor forward it to me. I was finally was able to talk to his wife Sheryl to help me open and print out a copy but she was of no help telling me "It was a new system" My husband went in today to once again get his quarterly tax estimate that we never received and a hard copy of our 2024 taxes and was charged $100. That is absurd! We had to be penalized for Howard being overworked, lazy and/or inept. He does not care about his clients. He also charged us almost double from our previous accountant plus an extra $100 for a hard copy. Just absurd!
