The interaction felt rushed, as she quickly took my phone number and mentioned someone would contact me. I understand it was close to closing time (they close at 5 PM), but I arrived with enough time to at least schedule an appointment or receive proper assistance. It has now been a week, and I have not received any follow-up call. As someone ready to open an account and bring new business, this experience left a bad impression.
