We just completed doing a refi with Hill Mortage and we had an excellent experience working with Scott and Lisa. Our process started with providing some high level information to Scott so he could run some rough numbers for us on options and what to expect. He always called us first to let us know he was going to send an email when it contained important information. When you receive the email it includes a video of him going over the email so it makes it very easy to digest. I found this much more beneficial than scheduling a zoom call because I could go back and review it again. Lisa was also extremely helpful in providing detailed emails on what next steps were and making sure urgent requests were easy to identify.
