    Chicken egg roll

Not sure what happened to this place, but seems like the rising food cost have had a huge impact on their food quality. Chicken and broccoli is now mainly broccoli w a small amount of chicken pieces thrown in. Don't order their chicken egg rolls! Mostly air inside with so little stuffing that it deflates the moment you bite into it. Going downhill quickly! Sad offerings.

Shrimp w walnuts was amazing and my favorite!

The food here was amazing! It is a little pricey but worth every penny if you ask me. Great service and lots of options. Shrimp w walnuts was amazing and my favorite. Also got shumai , shrimp tempura, and carmalized chicken, everything was so good and tender! Yum! This was great after hiking best asian fusion ive ever been to, deserves better reviews!

Great service. Equally great taste to their food. Not much on the ambiance, but coupled with good prices, who cares?

Was feeling hangry because I had planned on stopping at Hard Times for a bowl of chili -and found out they were closed on Mondays. So, pretty much pulled a name out of a hat and would up at Chuan Tian Xia because, well, Szechuan cooking uses chiles, no? Yesssss! I ordered Signature Dumplings and a bowl of Beijing-style Beijing-style Zhajiang Noodles. The dumplings were outstanding: a mix of shrimp, pork, and chive that were plump, juicy, fragrant with the herbaceous flavor of chives. The accompanying sauce was not too sweet, not too hot, just right as a complement to the dumplings. Yowza. I was a happy camper... ...and then I dug into my noodles. Double yowza! Thick wheat noodles topped with a rich sauce made from (I think) fermented soybean paste and braised pork belly, garnished with cucumbers. The portion was way to big for me to eat after my flight, but I really, really enjoyed it (and the remaining dumplings) for lunch today. Did I say yowza? I'm an adventurous eater so the menu's less Americanized items were what I would have ordered given more time (like Maoxuewang: can you say "pig's tongue, spam, pork intestine, and beef tripe"? Protein is protein, baby!). Just means I need to come back, and I will, as quickly as I can.

This time, I also tried the no-shell salt and pepper shrimp for the first time, and it did not disappoint. Served hot and perfectly seasoned, the large shrimp were bursting with flavor in every bite. The balance of salt, cracked black pepper, and a subtle heat made the dish incredibly satisfying. Cooked to perfection, the shrimp were tender and juicy, with fresh green onions and chili adding an extra kick. Best of all, no peeling needed--just pure, delicious shrimp that's easy to enjoy. To top it off, the pomegranate margarita was perfect--refreshing, slightly sweet, and a true party in my mouth! It paired beautifully with the bold flavors of the shrimp. Even the small details stood out, like the beautiful napkin that added a touch of elegance to the experience. I'll definitely be coming back again! Customer service did not disappoint. While the service was attentive and the parking lot made parking easy, the overall experience fell short. The dining space felt messy and cluttered, with a lot of extra items visible in plain sight. That level of disorganization out front made me a bit concerned about the organization and standards in the kitchen. As for the food, the sushi just didn't taste very fresh. It's convenient to have it nearby, but given the quality and atmosphere, I won't be returning.

I don't remember any decor, but what's the most important? Food. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost to amount ratio and the taste. They executed the dishes well. I like their Potato Eggplant dish which isn't prominent in other Chinese restaurants in the area. It wasn't busy at the time we were there on a Friday night so we had excellent service. Our servers spoke English and Chinese. Attentive and the food came out really quick. Overall, I would come back. It's not a spot to impress or to dress up to go, but if you're hungry and want a casual Chinese food spot, that's also authentic enough to bring a Chinese person, this is definitely worth a try.

Everything was clean and had nice Chinese-style decor. As usual, I ordered mapo tofu and a hot and sour soup when trying a new Szechuan restaurant.
