I cannot reach the store directly because 1.) apparently they do not have a phone and 2.) They have no store manager as the last one was fired surprisingly enough. All this time wasted just to get a correct copy of the work done on my truck. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: I received a call from the interim shop manager and was told to try and drive around my hometown of Houston to different Take 5 locations to see if they could fix my issue. None of which have a shared database to pull the information from the Weslaco shop. This is becoming more of a fiasco with each person I speak to.

It was replaced, but I had to HELP the technician with installing the battery retainer plate CORRECTLY! It got done. Today, October 1, 2019 I returned because the BOSCH battery failed. After I got my car, I checked under the hood and the positive terminal was not attached correctly. It had to be lowered in order for the fuse box/cover to fit properly. THEN it was when I noticed the battery installed was a CHAMPION battery! I did NOT pay for a CHAMPION battery! The service advisor NEVER asked me if I would accept a different battery and he DID NOT tell me a different brand battery had been installed! CAN'T anyone do a job CORRECTLY nowadays?! I brought this up to the service advisor and AFTER I asked why a CHAMPION battery was installed, he told me he did not have a BOSCH battery in stock and that he would order one. COME ON, MAN!!! Their parts department is good, though.

Recently, during an oil change, they noticed what appeared to be an oil leak and shared a picture with me of the under carriage of my car.
