From the moment I booked the appointment, Isaiah was professional, communicative, and extremely detailed in explaining the entire process. What truly sets him apart is that he came directly to my house, handled everything from start to finish, and made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. We had two vehicles done -- a 2025 Subaru and a 2024 Expedition Limited -- and both received their 3-Year Ceramic Coating Service. Isaiah took his time prepping each vehicle meticulously: detailed hand wash, foam bath, bug removal, clay bar decontamination, wheel and rim deep cleaning, and a full isopropyl alcohol wipe-down to perfectly prep the surface for the coating. Every step was thorough, and it showed in the final results. Once finished, both vehicles looked absolutely stunning -- better than brand new! I brought him a part that I thought could possibly be the issue, just in case. He replaced that part and then added two other parts without letting me know beforehand. I didn't think much of it at the time because I was told the coolant was leaking from each of those parts. In total, I ended up paying around $1,700 in parts and labor. The very next day after picking up my truck, I noticed it was leaking again. I took it back the same day, and he told me what the issue was and replaced another part. Two days later, I noticed coolant was still coming down around my coolant reservoir tank. At that point, I decided to take the truck to another shop to get a second opinion and find the actual source of the leak. The second shop determined that the coolant was leaking from the water pump. Based on their inspection, the parts that were previously replaced were not the source of the leak and did not need to be replaced. My issue is that I paid approximately $1,700 for parts and labor, and the original coolant leak was still there. I understand that diagnosing a leak can sometimes be difficult, but I believe customers should be informed before additional parts are replaced and charged for, especially when those repairs do not resolve the original problem.

I took my Ford Focus S to get a Carbon Ceramic tint with the minimum legal VLT of 25% for the…read moredriver/passenger front windows and a 5% VLT on the rear doors and back window with a lifetime warranty. The job took a few hours, and I was told to wait 2 weeks before rolling down the windows or touching the tint. I am super pleased with the work. First, it's really dark, and the privacy is greatly improved (see attached pics). Second, the tint I got also have UV and Infrared blocking flilm, so my car is SO much cooler in the summer now. I'm saving fuel efficiency by not running the AC so hard now. The guy who did the tint did an awesome job and was very patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. No complaints whatsoever. Note: I had the tint done around the end of 2022. I think something happened to the guy who did my tint because MGA is at the time I write this looking for an employee to do tints. (I'm waiting to do my F-150 with Mad Guys.) All in all, I'm very satisfied. The pricing is good. I paid $275 (including tax) for the work on my focus. I was quoted $285 for the same job on my truck. That's a good deal for the results.
