My daughter is smart but not about cars. She took her car in for repairs recently, and many other mechanics would have taken advantage of her by making up issues and phony charges. She did not present herself as my daughter, so he didn't know she was mine. This last time, she took her car because of a suspected but unconfirmed problem.
