From the moment I booked the appointment, Isaiah was professional, communicative, and extremely detailed in explaining the entire process. What truly sets him apart is that he came directly to my house, handled everything from start to finish, and made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. We had two vehicles done -- a 2025 Subaru and a 2024 Expedition Limited -- and both received their 3-Year Ceramic Coating Service. Isaiah took his time prepping each vehicle meticulously: detailed hand wash, foam bath, bug removal, clay bar decontamination, wheel and rim deep cleaning, and a full isopropyl alcohol wipe-down to perfectly prep the surface for the coating. Every step was thorough, and it showed in the final results. Once finished, both vehicles looked absolutely stunning -- better than brand new! The paint has a depth, gloss, and silky-smooth finish that stands out from anything you would get straight from the dealership. Even more impressive was the care after the service: Isaiah personally explained the do's and don'ts to help the coating last, maintenance tips, and what to avoid to protect the finish. He also made it very clear -- if at any time the work wasn't up to my expectations, he would personally come back and make it right. That's the definition of true customer service. All products used were professional-grade, non-toxic, and environmentally responsible. Plus, a free follow-up wash was included to maintain the coating after curing! When they arrived they notified me that they only had 1 person to do the job instead of the 2 people which they state they typically arrive with. The gentleman who arrived was on time, stayed beyond the expected timeframe to ensure that there was nothing overlooked. I was impressed by this as my initial experience so felt a bit lacking. I'd certainly say that services provided seemed fairly priced and the service received was certainly to expections. I'd recommend them to my friends and family and will certainly consider doing business again in the future.
