I was hesitant to use Safelite at this location due to their reviews but went ahead anyway since it was covered by my insurance. They did a great job with my repair and were done within about 20 minutes from start to finish. The crack is still somewhat noticeable but I expected that due to the size and shape. I am happy with the work and sorry to hear about other people's bad experiences but I would recommend them to others.

I thought they would do a good job since they charge $45 compared to most places who charge $20 (which have always done an excellent job). So later on today when I get out of work 3 hours later it had spread two feet and ruined the windshield . it's a 2025 model 3 tesla so yall can imagine how expensive it is to replace , which is why I chose to come here thinking they would do better than most small local shops. To make matters worse the owner didn't even bother to refund the $45 I paid . He mentioned they cant guarantee 100% of the jobs that 90%-95% are satisfied but the other few happen to have bad luck well then you should consider refunding those few that have bad luck if most of them don't. Clearly $45 is nothing compared to how much I will spend replacing it but at least it shows compassion. Never ever coming here again . We can't avoid some mistakes , but we can choose how we try to fix "unlucky" mistakes.
