WORST SERVICE, DO NOT GO! Both the owner and technician said bubbles in the tint are normal even though the warranty receipt shows they will fix it. The aftermath 1 hour later from me posting this: was any discount shouldn't affect the quality of the work the customer expects, secondly why would you place the same person who screwed up to do it again when he said "if I do it again it will come out the same way," third you failed the warranty why would I ever trust Mad Guy Auto Detailing again. I took my Ford Focus S to get a Carbon Ceramic tint with the minimum legal VLT of 25% for the driver/passenger front windows and a 5% VLT on the rear doors and back window with a lifetime warranty. The job took a few hours, and I was told to wait 2 weeks before rolling down the windows or touching the tint. I am super pleased with the work. First, it's really dark, and the privacy is greatly improved (see attached pics). Second, the tint I got also have UV and Infrared blocking flilm, so my car is SO much cooler in the summer now. I'm saving fuel efficiency by not running the AC so hard now. The guy who did the tint did an awesome job and was very patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. No complaints whatsoever. Note: I had the tint done around the end of 2022. I think something happened to the guy who did my tint because MGA is at the time I write this looking for an employee to do tints. (I'm waiting to do my F-150 with Mad Guys.) All in all, I'm very satisfied. The pricing is good. I paid $275 (including tax) for the work on my focus. I was quoted $285 for the same job on my truck. That's a good deal for the results. These guys did a great job washing and waxing my car. They gave me a competitive quote and did a great job altogether. You have to have an appointment so you can't just drive up and get your car done, but it was a great experience and I will be returning the next time I need a detail. read more

Called last Wed for an estimate. Was told someone would call me back. Never got called. Drove in last Thursday. Notes were taken and I was told I'd get a call. No call. Called Monday, was told they left me a voicemail. No missed call. No voicemail. They "had my estimate right there, but couldn't find it that second", I told them "Text it to me". No text. I called back hours later. "The owner is with another customer, can you hold for a second? " Three minutes on hold, then got hung up on. I called another place to make an appointment. While on the phone, Mad Guys left me a voicemail saying "The owner will call you back". It's Thursday...no call. I DO appreciate that they let me know they don't care about customers BEFORE they got my money. read more

Very good service and quality of work. Called other detailing companies listed but none answered or had messaging. Mad guys answered right away. Offered various scheduling options. Detailing options are basic or deluxe. Deluxe includes carpet and seat shampoo. Asked for deluxe as my car is 3 years old and hadn't been detailed cleaned since purchase. Arrived on time. Job took 2 1/2 hours. Removed and replaced car seat covers. Very courteous, reviewed work done afterwards even pointed out some cash I had left in ashtray. Will definitely use again. Did an exterior detail service (paint correction) with them, not satisfied. Their service is not as good as they advertised, at least not good on my car. The scratches they claimed that would be fixed after their paint correction service was still on my car after the service. I can't say enough good about Mad Guys. I had a cigarette smoked out car from an estate, in desperate need of interior decontamination, even smokers wrinkled their noses at it. Fantastic cleanup job, it's like a new car interior in spite of the unplanned power outage that interrupted work the day of my appointment (the guys still got the job done as scheduled). Just had my 2009 Honda Accord detailed and WOW what a difference. The car looks like it just came out of the showroom! They also cleaned the engine and it looks brand new.
