As a female customer, I've unfortunately had less-than-great experiences elsewhere, so this felt almost surreal in the best way. They walked me through what my car needed, answered every question without condescension, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before starting any work. Pricing was fair, turnaround was quick, and the whole process felt smooth and honest. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel both heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.

After they kept my car for four days, I decided against the repairs and picked up my car. To my surprise, they said I owed them over $400!!!! I told them I was told the diagnostic check was complimentary, but they demanded I pay that, so I paid it. I took my car elsewhere and with parts and labor, I paid $700.
