This place is GREAT! They are so friendly and the customer experience is AWESOME. Gary - The owner, is so helpful, he comes out and really just tries to help you find the problem. They always get it fixed and they do it quickly. I recommend this place 110%! One of the main reasons we come here is because they do everything. From breaks, to oil, to engines, batteries, everything. They even do custom fabrication and bed liners. We've had our trucks Bed lined here. I let them know, I was not able to pick them up it up right away, as I was scheduled to work during the week. Management were easy to deal with, and very professional. I felt safe leaving my car in there hands, and leaving it om thier lot over night. I recieved a phone call the next day, they were already finished! I habe an older vehicle, its not always easy to find parts needed. They were able to help, without a problem. The mechanic Abel ran diagnostics and drove the car to see what was wrong. He cleared the errors and told us what he thought was wrong with it. Long story short it was ok to drive back but he told us what was wrong as to not let us get ripped off by the dealer when we get back. Very honest people her at Young's and didn't even want to charge us for the hour we were there since they only diagnosed. We gave some but still walked away better than we would've at the dealer. They hand wrote the work order and I can only assume it was misplaced because they only remembered to perform about half of it. They were going to call me with an estimate. Never did. Price was ok for what they did. But I don't know what parts they put on. Presumably the cheapest available. Zero communication. They closed early when I went to pick up the car, but then met me later after hours so I can't really fault them a lot on that. Unfortunately they left fresh grease stains on my cloth interior, and worse, two new scratches on the door. (Yes. I have before/after photos to prove it too). Most likely won't be returning.
