The mechanic Abel ran diagnostics and drove the car to see what was wrong. He cleared the errors and told us what he thought was wrong with it. They hand wrote the work order and I can only assume it was misplaced because they only remembered to perform about half of it. They were going to call me with an estimate. Never did. Price was ok for what they did. But I don't know what parts they put on. Presumably the cheapest available. Zero communication. They closed early when I went to pick up the car, but then met me later after hours so I can't really fault them a lot on that. Unfortunately they left fresh grease stains on my cloth interior, and worse, two new scratches on the door. (Yes. I have before/after photos to prove it too). Most likely won't be returning.
