Once again, thank you to E R Auto Clinic. They have taken care of both my and my children's cars on multiple occasions and always have done excellent work at great prices. My daughter is smart but not about cars. She took her car in for repairs recently, and many other mechanics would have taken advantage of her by making up issues and phony charges. She did not present herself as my daughter, so he didn't know she was mine. This last time, she took her car because of a suspected but unconfirmed problem. He checked it out thoroughly, but because there were no problems to repair, he did not charge her at all! I can not recommend ER Auto Clinic highly enough. Was lied to 3 times in 10 days about when they were going to work on the air conditioning. They said they replaced the hose seals at the compressor which was another lie. Charged 150 dollars to put freon and three days later it had leaked out again. I found the leak at the high pressure hose crimp. They did, however, refund the money on demand. read more

Emilio is actually honest. I had been ripped off at Firestone and another shop. I can't recommend him enough. He worked on my car all day until the issue was fixed. Upon reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to call this location. I thought my car had a gas leak, and called within an hour. I was able to bring in my car the same day, and my car was looked at by the manager of the location. He was extremely nice and upon inspecting my car he informed me that my car had no gas leak. For this service, he did not charge me anything! Staff here is fantastic, the manager is great! Great, great customer service, and fast! Will be returning here in the future! Highly recommend it. Last Saturday July 2nd (2022) the front, driver's side turning signal on my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan (with over $115K miles) light bulb blew. I needed it changed fast since we were going out of town Sunday. Fourth of July weekend there are lots of law enforcement operations, safety checks, etc. and I didn't want to risk it. My regular mechanic no longer works Saturdays and we've only been in the Valley two years, so I did a little research online and also asked for recommendations at the auto parts store where I went to purchase the bulbs. Am I glad I didn't try to do it myself. The last time they were replaced (I cannot even remember when/where but probably in Houston) it was done incorrectly. As a result, the area around the socket melted, making it almost impossible to retrieve the old bulb and insert the new one. Mr. Rodriguez recommended grinding down the area and repairing the damage to allow the new bulb to be placed. It worked like a charm. They then replaced both bulbs, repaired the damage socket, and charged me $75 for the whole thing. They could have tried to get me to replace the entire headlight ($150+) and charged me for a couple of hours of labor. Honest, good mechanics are a gift, especially with car prices these days! And while we waited, my wife and I had a lovely conversation with Ms. Dulia. Mr. Emilio, Ms. Dulia, Orlando, and the rest of their team are a gem. We will be going back the next time we need mechanical work on our cars and I recommend them without reservations. read more
