I've had five different vehicles serviced at this location through the years and I've never had an…read moreissue until this week. Monday, I drove up at 4:38 and asked for a state inspection. The mechanic tells me they stop doing inspections at 5:00 and there are two vehicles already checked in. Fair enough. I tell him I'll be back Tuesday. Tuesday at 1:15 I drove up and again asked for an inspection. The mechanic says they had a busy afternoon and he's about to leave for lunch. He tells me to come back in an hour. Fair enough. Everyone deserves a lunch break. I go back in an hour and one last time asked for an inspection. The mechanic tells me he's about to leave because he hasn't gone out to lunch yet. I asked him why he didn't just inspect my car when I was there before and his answer is "I didn't know I'd be staying". No sense of professionalism. No common courtesy. After years of doing business with this company all I got was apathy and attitude. Three different visits to this location in two days and I can't get a simple state inspection done. I will never bring any of my vehicles here again.

After being quoted 600, I said was too much then 500 and suddenly brought down all the way to 200, I asked them to leave it. I paid 110 for the diagnostic and picked up my car. It was shaking so bad it was not drivable. It's heartbreaking to think someone would mess with your car to try and get money from you. A single mom with 2 kids. WARNING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They're going to screw you over one way or another.

I trusted them and approved the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready in one day, but that was not true. They delayed the job for five days, giving excuses and misinformation the entire time. After finally picking up my vehicle and paying, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, my Yukon completely broke down. My wife was left stranded on the road just 2 miles away. I had to pay for a tow truck immediately. I have photos, videos, and records of everything. When I called the shop, they stopped answering. Once I finally got a response, their explanation was that there was "another leak" and now the transmission was damaged. Their solution? Charge me an additional $1,800 in labor for a problem that clearly happened right after their work -- and refuse any kind of warranty or responsibility. One of their mechanics, Ruben, even told me to "go cry to the owner" if I wanted help. That was their level of professionalism. This situation turned my working vehicle into a major breakdown within minutes of leaving their shop. I have all the proof and will be filing complaints with the BBB and taking legal action. I strongly warn anyone considering this location: be very careful. I would not want anyone else to go through what my family and I experienced.

Got oil change everything…read moreseemed good, went home getting ready for trip then I noticed oil leaking on my driveway‍ Drove back to take 5 on 29th and nolana and told them to check the bolt from pan I had checked underneath oil was leaked everywhere ,Manager on site said he had a rookie , still if he was manager should of overseen his work make sure it was correct‍ so anyways the other employee took care of it cleaned the area checked my oil make sure none missing. So my thing is if your gonna have new people, so called rookie well honestly it's managements job to oversee their work or shadow make sure all point of areas are taken care of. If anyone goes do your due diligence make sure there isn't any leaks prior to leaving shop
