They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!

Super bad experience. Took my work truck there to get a…read moresimple tire replacement since I got a nail on my side wall. The tire they were suppose to put on was a 275 65 R18 they told me there would be a small skipping with the tire because the treads were so new and the other 3 tires were a bit older. 2 months later there's still a bad skip when I accelerate. Took my truck to Pueblo so they can see the issue because I refuse to take anything to Goodyear in McAllen anymore after they dented my personal car and the manager basically wanted to say my car was old and had the dent before I brought it to them. Turns out 2 months later, Pueblo sees that Goodyear put the wrong size tire on my work truck. they placed a 265 65 R18 instead of a 275 65 R18. And that's been the cause of the skipping the entire time so now I have 3 tires that are 275 and 1 that is 265. The manager at Goodyear McAllen is worthless and I will never take any vehicle there again.

The customer service is pretty top notch, just like every other discount tire I've been to. They do a lot of work for free even if you didn't get your tires here. Stuff like balancing, rotation, flat repair, inspection, air fill up. All that is free here and at every location. Free is the ultimate value nowadays. Their tires are always cheap and they will actually price match anyone. Make sure you buy the tire certificate if you are getting new tires. It's worth it. Believe me. Especially with all the construction around. The side walls can easily be punctured and ruin even a new tire. I use the app to book my appointments and usually get taken care of within the hour. They are always super busy, so appointments matter or you will wait at least a couple of hours. Great location for your tire needs.

No problem, I waited knowing we would be helped. After, 20 minutes a family walked in and started their own line, even after asking and being told where the line was (They were walk in like us), well the tech finishes with his existing customer and helps them. The man in front of me understandably walked off. After a few more minutes I decided to do the same. 30 minutes wasted waiting for nothing. starting to see "Cracks" in the great customer service they had in the past. Maybe more customer training needed.

Sam's sells larger quantities, sizes, and bulk items of many products, so expect to find larger packages or sizes than a regular grocery store. They don't always carry the same brands or items every time, so you get what you find that works for you, but most of the time they have plenty of things we need at great prices. On some kinds of items, basic needed things, they're pretty consistent at having in stock, but specialized items or certainly brands or certainly food items may vary. Still, we have consistently saved considerably more than our annual membership cost. ...and sometimes with only one visit. This Sam's can be crowded at peak times. But if you can get there first thing in the morning crowds won't be a problem. Sam's rotisserie chicken is great for less than $5, and they are significantly larger than the ones found at Walmart or other grocery stores. I recently found an excellent name brand winter shirt for only $13... that's less than a sale at Burlington! I also found some huge flower pots I needed for only $20 each... they would have been at least twice that anywhere else. I like our Sam's Club and have never had any problem with service.
