I asked him that if with the suspension work if my moms car would be perfectly straight, to which he responded that it would. With tires, suspension work and alignment $720. Very reasonable for my budget. I go to pick it up and test drive the car and it veers immediately to the right. I bring it back and the alignment tech tells me that it needs other things and an extra $120. I told him that the owner had quoted me the $720 for everything and that is all I would pay. You could tell the tech was aggrevated but said he would check it and see what he could do. Finally he came back and told me to go outside to check what was wrong with the car, then I saw the owner and told him what was going on. He immediately looked to the Tech and told him," Whatever the car needs to be aligned perfectly go ahead and do it. I quoted this man on $720 and that is all he is going to pay." The tech was so hesitant offering rebuttals saying that is was going to need more work than expected. The owner told him bluntly, " I do not care what it takes or how much it costs, we are going to do it right and that is all he is going to pay." The shop owner Danny pointed out that the inner tread on both front tires were shot. Understanding that my tires are not normal stock, and that this had to be resolved quickly, Danny suggested a brand I had never heard of. After his explanation of why he trusts these tires and the fact that he could have them delivered by the next day and schedule them to be installed during by lunch break I was skeptical however agreed. All I can say is that he's true to his word! He called when they were on the way to the shop and had both front tires removed and new ones installed in about 20 minutes and I am extremely happy with the tires performance! Danny is the perfect example of a business owner that understands customer service....which unfortunately is lacking these days.
