I took tuck to dealer ship they took picture and showed me the damage they did. Sent all the pictures to Jesse, and the prick still has'nt return my calls

The tire they were suppose to put on was a 275 65 R18 they told me there would be a small skipping with the tire because the treads were so new and the other 3 tires were a bit older. 2 months later there's still a bad skip when I accelerate. Took my truck to Pueblo so they can see the issue because I refuse to take anything to Goodyear in McAllen anymore after they dented my personal car and the manager basically wanted to say my car was old and had the dent before I brought it to them. Turns out 2 months later, Pueblo sees that Goodyear put the wrong size tire on my work truck. they placed a 265 65 R18 instead of a 275 65 R18. And that's been the cause of the skipping the entire time so now I have 3 tires that are 275 and 1 that is 265. The manager at Goodyear McAllen is worthless and I will never take any vehicle there again.

I asked him that if with the suspension work if my moms car would be perfectly straight, to which he responded that it would. With tires, suspension work and alignment $720. Very reasonable for my budget. I go to pick it up and test drive the car and it veers immediately to the right. I bring it back and the alignment tech tells me that it needs other things and an extra $120. I told him that the owner had quoted me the $720 for everything and that is all I would pay. You could tell the tech was aggrevated but said he would check it and see what he could do. Finally he came back and told me to go outside to check what was wrong with the car, then I saw the owner and told him what was going on. He immediately looked to the Tech and told him," Whatever the car needs to be aligned perfectly go ahead and do it. I quoted this man on $720 and that is all he is going to pay." The tech was so hesitant offering rebuttals saying that is was going to need more work than expected. The owner told him bluntly, " I do not care what it takes or how much it costs, we are going to do it right and that is all he is going to pay." He told me, " I am a man of my word, you asked me how much to fix it and I quoted you, the most important thing a man can offer is his word." BOOM THANK YOU MR JOEL....ONE EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
