Very reasonable for my budget. I go to pick it up and test drive the car and it veers immediately to the right. I bring it back and the alignment tech tells me that it needs other things and an extra $120. I told him that the owner had quoted me the $720 for everything and that is all I would pay. You could tell the tech was aggrevated but said he would check it and see what he could do. Finally he came back and told me to go outside to check what was wrong with the car, then I saw the owner and told him what was going on. He immediately looked to the Tech and told him," Whatever the car needs to be aligned perfectly go ahead and do it. I quoted this man on $720 and that is all he is going to pay." The tech was so hesitant offering rebuttals saying that is was going to need more work than expected. The owner told him bluntly, " I do not care what it takes or how much it costs, we are going to do it right and that is all he is going to pay." Today, my wife's Mini Cooper had a flat tire. We called GEICO to install the spare and came over on a Sunday, hoping they were open. Sure enough, we were greeted the way locals greet each other, with a smile and a welcoming service. I speak Spanish and so do the employees, but I heard English spoken by most as well. They told me where to park the car and the instructions were clear. After they uninstalled the spare and took the flat one, I was taken to see where the hole was and where the root of the problem stemmed from. It was a giant screw that got through the tire. It was fixed in under 10 minutes and one of the other employees and I waited while having a conversation about the weather. Overall, satisfied with the friendly service.

On August 7 2025, Acclaimed Auto Mechanic Angel figured out that the cause of the leak was the oil filter housing cap. He replaced it in 1 hour and for a total cost of $264.11 (oil and oil filter included). My advice, take your vehicle to Acclaimed Auto and you will save time and money.

I always bring my cell and a book just in case! They have one room that looks like it could be in a home: A living room with a large couch! So, you can relax and have your vehicle's repairs taken care of the same day. Today, though, McAllen is having their Christmas Parade and Pueblo Tires will be closing at 2:00p.m. They offer free coffee so that's a plus if you need your caffeine. I've never been disappointed when I've had my vehicle repairs here.
