Paid $1000, left with a window that won't work that was fine when they took it in- Dropped off car for thermostat + coolant work. Kept vehicle a week due to repeatedly ordering wrong parts. Picked it up late due to them repeatedly giving me the wrong pickup and lead times. Driver window no longer worked (worked before drop-off). Staff refused to repair damage and told me to "just take it." Filed corporate complaint somebody reached out on Google reviews with a message. I replied to the email they suggested with my corporate complaint number and reiterated my issues. They told me the regional manager would be in contact with me within 48 hours to resolve this. That was two days ago. I haven't heard from anybody. This place does not care about its customers their business or what damage or problems or inconveniences they cause and I will be escalating this further. read more

I made an online appointment but never received a confirmation, so I called and they scheduled it over the phone. The morning of my appointment, I received an email saying it had been canceled and rescheduled. I called again to confirm, and they told me I still had my original appointment and that they were having system issues due to a high volume of appointments. I was only there for a tire rotation and alignment, and I even offered to reschedule if they were too busy. They reassured me it would be fine. When I arrived, my car sat in the exact same spot for over an hour. I asked how much longer it would be, and they told me "about another hour" and explained that technicians basically choose when they want to work on cars. After waiting an hour and a half with no progress, I canceled the service and left. Since then, I have received two work order invoices, even though they never touched or serviced my vehicle. Overall, the communication was poor, the scheduling was unreliable, and the experience was a complete waste of time. read more

Never Again !!!!!! Firestone is a total RIP OFF. Terrible Customer Service. 5 service techs just standing there having conversations , like they were having a party. They do not honor the WARRANTY. Calling the Warranty Line is an even bigger JOKE. NEVER do Business wit FIRESTONE/BRIDGESTONE ever again. I will inform everyone to avoid this place at all costs. read more

This will be my last time using this business! Customer Service is obviously not the priority here. I purchased 4 tires and made an appointment for 445 today to get them mounted. 30 minutes later they are barely bothering to take my vehicle in. Don't get me wrong it's not like they're busy ..there is one car in the bay with workers just sitting around. I asked the front counter guys if there were any problems and why they haven't gotten to it yet and the answer was "we're going to get to it and it will take about an hour"?!?! My point is why bother making an appointment here when they don't honor the appointment time in the first place. They obviously care less about YOUR time. read more

We took our vehicle in to Firestone to have several cam bolts replaced and three new tires put on. Get our vehicle home and it's making this horrible whining noise now, which has never once made this noise before. Almost 500 dollars to get our vehicle back with a new issue that was never an issue once in the past. Needless to say, we won't ever take our vehicle back to Firestone. I had heard in the past that when ppl would take cars to this certain garage, that there would always be more issues that followed, so we should have listened and went elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more

I was stranded when my alternator stopped working during a cross-country drive. Firestone fit me in first thing in the morning when the place was already very busy. Then they got the job done two hours earlier than they said. Everyone there was very helpful. The price for the job was fair, and they didn't try to sell me anything else. Thanks folks! read more

This was a nightmare. First, these guys recommended ASAP towing, and the tow guy insisted that there were two Firestones on W McKinley and towed my car to a Zolman's. It took me like 6 hours to get that straightened out in the middle of my work day. Then, after paying over 200 dollars for an engine diagnosis, they reported that I had "low compression," and I'd need to take my car to an engine specialist. I tried to pay for the diagnosis over the phone or internet, and Firestone told me that I had to show up in person to pay, forcing me to borrow a car and burn part of another work day. I then had the car towed to a mechanic that I trusted, Hoover Automotive in Goshen, and they reported that there was not in fact any compression issue. So all in, I spent over 200 dollars for Firestone's tow service to tow me to the wrong place and waste a day, and for Firestone to incorrectly diagnose the problem, and tell me they couldn't fix it. read more

I was fortunate enough to purchase a lifetime alignment warranty for my vehicle a few years ago out of state, and so now I will always come back to Firestone for free alignments. This location has a few issues. I set up an appointment at 12pm Saturday, I arrive and ask how long I can expect to wait. I was told due to staffing issues that they only had ONE technician on duty today. There are only two employees in the entire store. While not directly the employee's fault, it's regrettable that a large national business like Firestone has internal staffing issues making me wait MUCH longer than it should take for a simple alignment. To their credit the staff was friendly and the facility clean. Just don't expect to be in and out here, understaffed and slow. read more

I took my car in for an oil change because it was due for one and before hand i knew it had a Very small oil leak and i informed them about it but i didn't want any work done towards it yet. So after they get it done im informed that just for them to diagnose where the oil leak is coming from is $130 and on top of that the notes they filled out for my car says "oil leaking badly" and at the moment i read their notes i thought they might just be putting it out of proportion. So i end up finding out my car is leaving good sized oil spots and i didnt blame firestone for it until i had taken it to another car shop that was not a franchise owned shop. And come to find out my oil filter was loose, the one i had just gotten replaced by Firestone. So i will not be be doing business with them anymore, they are untrustworthy. Its unfortunate because i had went there before with my truck that i owned before the car i have now and i had no problems. Thanks but no thanks for firestone. read more

The staff quickly helped us fix an issue with our skid plate that was dragging after driving through heavy snow. They remedied the problem on short notice so we could get on the road in time to catch a flight. Very grateful for the quick work and accommodating attitude! read more

Went in to get my brakes fixed and then the next thing I know I'm getting charged for stuff that I didn't ask to be fixed and that wasn't relevant to my brake issue. Decided to give them another try with an oil change and suddenly I'm leaking coolant and my oil light is permanently on. Very friendly service as they're robbing you. read more
