I felt sorry that I scuttled a service of this size for them. When presented with a total bill of $30, I countered with an offer of $50 which, of course was accepted. Owning a small business myself, I know what it means to be valued by a customer. -BUT- Rather than running $50 total on the credit card machine, I get a $1.75 service charge slapped on it as well. This once again reminded me that no good deed goes unpunished. Future business of mine will be going to any of their other competitors. Upper management should reacquaint the new location's personnel with the finer points of transactional etiquette.

He greeted me with a smile, asked how my day was going, and made genuine small talk while measuring my tires and taking care of everything. He was honest and clear about how long the service would take, signed me up for text message updates, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience -- which isn't something you always expect at a tire shop. I highly recommend this location for tires and anything tire-related for your vehicle. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Aurelius delivered. The price was on point with the competition and they had what I needed within 48 hours when I originally got my tires and today it was zero dollars to rotate and balance them because I purchased it from them. I think the service quality is amazing.

I knew at the time of purchase that the tires were fairly worn and was told by the pre-purchase inspection tech that I "should replace them before winter" (it was early spring). There was a nearby Discount Tire so I drove by and set up an appointment for the following day. I showed up for my appointment and the tech came out and inspected the nail and measured the wear on the other tires that had no nails. The Discount Tire employee took less than 30 seconds before he told me "they couldn't plug the tire and rambled off some DOT standard". I called another shop and they said "that sounds just like Discount, if it's in the top I can repair it." The other location (Big O Tire) had knowledgeable techs, was family owned, and gave me plenty of advice and fixed the tire for free. The tech at Big O said "they won't repair your tire but they will let you drive out of there with a nail stuck in your tire... which one seems more safe?" Not to mention, if it only took 30 seconds why in the world didn't they look when I was in the day before? In comparison the employees at Discount Tire seemed like minimum wage / teenagers who know little about cars and just serve the corporate bottom line. If at all possible forget Discount Tire exists. They aren't there to serve you.

My only complaint is that it took a few calls bugging them to get an answer but that probably wouldn't have mattered if I wasn't on a timeline. He didn't charge me for the minor alignment adjustment I needed and found me a good deal on tires. The shop does look a little like a junkyard but the guys were nice and since they got me a good deal on tires I don't care what it looks like. They do have a couple labs (that some reviewers complained about barking) but as long as they get to sniff you they'll be chill and leave you alone. Overall it was a good experience and I'll be back for my tires in the future.

Steve adopted his mischievous mixed golden lab dog from the Fort Morgan Humane Society. That crazy, but adorable pup is Macy. So, when the Fort Morgan Humane Society was offered a free, but not-working van to transport dogs and cats, he offered to fix the van for free. Truly amazing! There were many mechanical issues with the van and it seemed as he repaired one problem another problem would pop up since the van was a 2013 Ford that was sitting in a parking lot for several years. He fixed everything! Now the Fort Morgan Humane Society has a "new" van to transport dogs and cats to the vet or to Front Range humane societies to help them find a new home when our shelter is full. This is invaluable for us. We are a small, rural, and always poor, humane society on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Steve, we are indebted to you! Thank you, thank you, and thank you! Woof!
