I was told by discount tire I had to buy 4- new tires. Chris Gonzales took the time to take my tire off, and get a solid look. They confidently and quickly patched it and I was on my way. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I will be going back based on this honest work. read more

Big O Tires - Tires Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

This BigO location has taken good care of us since moving to the area over 5 years ago. The team here is great, and a shout out to Bill today for his special care. Be sure to come in for your free tire rotation with purchase. read more

From the first phone call to check out everyone was outstanding with our service requested. Cris noticed that one of our tires was previously mounted incorrectly (from somewhere else) and fixed our tires with care and efficiency. The best value in town! We will definitely be back! read more

I come here twice a year at the crack of dawn to get my snow tires put on and taken off. Bill is usually the one to open the place up and greet us early birds with a warm welcome. Everyone here gives great service! read more

I visited the Big O Tires on S Main St in Longmont on December 16, 2025, after a frustrating experience at the Loveland location and on the strong recommendation of my mechanic, who raved about the great team here. He was absolutely right! I've been prepping my car for winter with various maintenance tasks, including an alignment that my mechanic had done at this Longmont store. The final step was new tires ("new shoes" for the car!). Unfortunately, this location didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, but Loveland did. I purchased and had them installed there--only to discover they were mounted improperly, poorly balanced, and I received little information about the tire or wheel condition before being sent on my way. Frustrated, I called my mechanic, who immediately suggested bringing it to the Longmont store. I spoke with Tyler over the phone--he had an incredibly positive attitude and told me to come in, even as late as an hour before closing (which felt especially generous for a busy shop). There were a few initial hiccups, but the team was genuinely committed to diagnosing and resolving the issue at no charge. They rebalanced the tires, and Tyler showed me firsthand (with photos and video from the balancing machine) that my wheels required an excessive amount of weights--and even then, they were hopping due to severe bends and warping. He honestly explained the wheels were in bad shape, recommended reputable places to buy replacements, and even offered to order them for me. To make up for the earlier frustrations, he promised free installation on the new wheels. I took the car home with properly balanced tires, but the ride was still rough due to those damaged wheels. After some research, I ordered new ones online from a different site. I checked with Tyler about the brand and seller's reputation--he confirmed they were solid. Delivery was lightning-fast (arrived the next day), and I brought them in the following day. Tyler and his team knocked it out quickly: swapped the rims, installed all new hardware, balanced everything perfectly, and had me on my way. They even advised me to return for a free re-torque of the lug nuts (to ensure proper seating) and a balance check after 100 miles or so of driving--which I did, and the car drove smoother than ever. Overall, an outstanding experience at the Longmont Big O Tires on S Main St! Tyler and his crew prioritize doing the job right the first time, take full accountability if something goes wrong, and go above and beyond to make it right. I'll definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family. read more

Great people and excellent products but their facility could use updating. They are always busy which is both good and bad.

Bill did such a great job getting me in and taken care of promptly! The team at this location takes great care of me!!!

From the start to finish it was a easy process. I came in early morning and it still showed my tires weren't in and Bill was kind enough to look and they were delivered early. Thanks a lot! read more

Bill was very friendly when I dropped off my vehicle for service! The staff is always so helpful and they do great work! I've been using them for 12 years, since moving to Longmont! I've never had any problems. read more

Big O is the best! Bill was helping me this last visit. He and all the guys there always take care care of me. Good service and good prices. I can't recommend Big O in Longmont enough. read more

Had a nail in my tire and they patched it up real quick, the guy who helped me was the sweetest!

Absolutely terrible experience (7/29/23) afternoon. I was greeted by a woman who had the enthusiasm of a sloth. Except for the times that she was on her cell phone. Upon visiting the store, I had to walk through a cloud of smoke because customers were allowed to smoke at the entrance. After entering the store I saw almost the entire staff eating at their work stations. Way to keep things sanitary, guys. Good job! I asked for an inspection of a particular area of my vehicle, they inspected the wrong area. I have no idea how you get the front of the car and the back of the car screwed up. After I told them they had inspected the wrong area the guy at the work station replied "oh yeah, you should get that checked out". The store itself is filthy. Completely different than any other Big O I have visited. Power sockets ripped out of the walls with a ton of loose wires sitting in dirt and grease. What an absolute joke. read more

Tyler was very accommodating, timely, and informative regarding a presale car inspection. Truly appreciate his attitude and info. It was worth taking our new vehicle to Big O. Thank you, Tyler . read more

Very friendly and helpful! Big O is affordable, kind and easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Big oh-no. I ordered tires that showed "in stock", made an appointment request and that request was approved. I got a friend to follow me so I didn't have to wait in the lobby and when I arrived I was told that the tires are not in stock and needed to be ordered. A quick drive to Discount Tires on Hover and they installed new tires in 2 hours. read more

My experience with Big O Tires couldn't have been more different than what had happened earlier in the day with the local Firestone on Hover St. For starters, Andy went out of his way to make sure that my tires were in stock at the time of my appointment, which was super easy to schedule, by the way. I arrived 15 minutes early, as I was on that side of town already, & it didn't make sense to drive home just to turn around & come back. No problem! Andy took my keys, verified my information, & told me I could wait in the waiting area, just off the main entrance. I was shocked when he reappeared only 25 minutes later to let me know that my car was ready to go. It was pulled around front, waiting for me. I paid & was on my way with a smile on my face. This location of Big O Tires has a new diehard customer. read more

Had a scary blowout on my tires. My own fault for letting them get tread bare. And on 0 notice, Bill and Jorge were able to get me up on a fresh set of tires on my Tesla and got me out of there in no time! These guys are awesome. read more

Bill was so nice and helpful! I accidentally spilled coffee on him, and we was so nice about it. Sorry about that Bill. Thanks for fixing my tire and laughing with me read more

Took our car in this morning ( lexus SUV) for a leaky tire......got there first thing at 7. Met Bill, who was professional, quick to do the intake and to write up the work to be performed. Got the car right in and offered me a place to wait. Within 15 minutes, Big O tok off the tire, located the problem, a small nail, patch the tire and returned to the car and I was out of there. Bill came and got me as soon as the car was finished and explained the repair. Pleased, would return in a second, and a painless outcome to a problem. I was on my way and Bill thanked me for my business.........I plan to take up another car wit's four all weather tires and have them swapped with the Snow tires that are currently on the vehicle later today....... read more

Recently I had not just one flat I had two flats. I only carry one spare. The problem with the tires is that they have dry rot. I grew up on the gulf coast there's no such thing as tire rot down there. The humidity is so high nothing dry rots. Oh yeah for the ladies it's never a good hair day. Long story short it's late afternoon I have two flats I have to get a Uber to take me to big O about a mile down the road and there they put new rubber on those two tires I drove the car there and they finished the vehicle. They were packed and now I know why the guy couldn't send someone down the street to get me. Anyhow in the past five or six years this is the second time I have purchased a set of tires from Big O and I have zero complaints. read more

You could spend hours on the phone on hold searching for a good value, good price. BigOtire the few times i have shopped around and forgotten about them has beat everyone else's price and time. They have their own branded tires and they sell them at a huge price reduction in comparison to most other brands and they rate them very high with a great warranty. This particular store is the only I have been to but I will say they seem to kick everyone else out of the water! read more

Very accommodating when I go in. The day before a big snow storm they squeezed me in for new snow tires. They stayed late to finish everyone. read more

I got to the shop at 6:30AM to be the first person. Bill was kind to let me in at 6:50 even though they open at 7AM. Bill then took my car early. Bill did not try to sell me anything more then I needed, which was removing a nail & screw in my tire. Other shops quoted me having to buy all new tires. The other shops said they could not fix my tire. It was great working with Bill. read more

Family was visiting when one of the cars ended up in the shop. The other needed new tires for our planned mountain drive. So I ran down to Big O and Tyler helped me choose some less pricey tires but had to order them for next morning. Brought my car in again next morning and there was an issue with the order. But Tyler took great care of me and got me better tires on time and took care of some pricing differences. It was truly a good experience in the middle of a hectic week and I'm grateful for the consideration & awesome service I received! read more

I bought tires that were great fro there but they quit selling that tire and sold me a set they said replaced my old set. They lasted 35000 miles on a 75000 mile tire. I went to ask about warranty. They said I had to go get records showing rotations and that I would get $200 - $300 off next tire. That isn't a fair warranty when tires didn't even last half of there life. I will never buy tires from them again! read more

This is the shop to bring your car to. We have been bringing our cats here for years! They always are friendly and helpful! The service is quick. Thank you Bill and Andy for being so awesome!! read more

I had rented a car from Turo and noticed a big bubble on the tire. I took the car here to Big O Tires and Cris helped me. I was from out of town. Cris was so helpful and kind. He discovered the spare tire did not fit so gave me an old tire that worked for the car. He put the tire on free of charge. What could have been a disaster, Cris helped me and turned the situation around. I was very impressed and if I lived there this would be my place to go with my tire and car needs. Thank you Cris!! read more

I called early Monday with a flat tire. Chris was so nice said that they currently had no wait. I hustled down and he got me in and sorted out quick. Super nice fellas. I really appreciate you being so efficient. read more

Having a flat is never a fun experience. Being disabled and on Chemo makes it even more difficult. Big O was unbelievable this morning shuffling me into a crazy schedule getting my tire repaired and rotation done for free! Are you kidding me! A full showroom of people trying to beat the 1st snow and they took care of my troubles for free. I will certainly be back. read more

We've always had great service here from Andy. I had the displeasure of working with Sean today and came in to rotate my tires. The tech told me I need brake pads but the rotors were good and it was somewhat urgent. Sean comes out and tries to tell me I need rotors too without testing them and they can't do them until Monday. He also charged me $50 to rotate my tires which they've never done before. We give these guys a lot of our business and we have four cars but they just lost our business today. read more

Good tires. But tried to upsell me. I called ahead and talked to a someone about getting tires put on my truck. They said we have these $100.00 tires and can get them on today, no problem. He said he would get a ticket ready for me to save time. I went down expecting to be there 2+ hours. When I checked in, no ticket ready. Ok, no big problem. The guy at the front desk had trouble finding me in the system. Ok, no big problem, it has been over 5yrs since I was there. Then he tells me, we don't have those tires in stock. Can get by tomorrow. I said I can't tomorrow. He continues with ok I do have these other tires in stock. Big problem. I don't like being up sold, especially as I am a woman. Or the guy on the phone was lying. I said no. I don't like to be up sold. And by the way pull your mask up over your nose. Half off your face doesn't work. You breathe out of your nose. Not sure I will ever go back. read more

This location was able to get the tires ordered and delivered the next day that I needed. I called 3 other shops that couldn't for some reason (Hancook Kinergy 4s2). Great price out the door and fast same day service. Thanks! read more

My son was in town from college and needed a new set of tires in short order. Went on the Big O Tires website, found tires, and set up a same day appointment online. Received appointment confirmation via email; however, the website later showed the appointment was canceled. Called the location and was told they canceled the appointment and were going to contact me but they got "busy." Found out they had no tires in stock to fit my son's car. Website needs to do a better job of understanding location's inventory and the location needs to do a better job to reach out to a potential customer when the website inaccurately initially claims availability. read more
