-Got an oil change -Jiffy Lube Longmont stripped the oil tank, and the workers said it was already like that. If that was true they should have told me before it leaked on my driveway -Went in to get the oil pan replaced by the Boulder jiffy lube -The oil pan was stuck and they didn't communicate the timing so I was there for 6 hours when they said it would be 2-3 -They brought my car to me the next day with a loud sound when the car locks (it didn't do that before they had it) and the inside of the wheel well was detached and hitting my tire. -When I brought up these issues they said that it was fine when they drove it, and Customer Service said that car lock sound was likely a coincidence -It'll cost me $500 to fix the door lock alone, they gave me $170 -In the end I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get my car the way it was before I went in for a simple oil change. I visited jiffy lube for my first oil change I've ever gotten! Robert and Allen were the most helpful people ever! Robert explained everything to me, didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I am not well educated on car things as a teenage girl, and offered me services that were really beneficial to my car. They did my oil change, vacuumed my car, and fixed a rock chip in my windshield all combined in 30 minutes! Super friendly and overall awesome place! I will come back in the future! read more

The waiting room in this place is fucking disgusting. Trash piling up, flies everywhere. The entire time I was swarmed by flies. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got my car there was a fly inside my car. The floors are disgusting mess covered in garbage. Customer service is a joke. I went to the Jiffy Lube on Main Street about 3 weeks ago. Had used in past with no problems. Mgr. nice. This time they failed to tighten the oil drain plug and there was oil leakage on my garage floor. I took to dealer and they told me JL failed to torque to specs , failed to use proper crush washer and that caused leakage. This same time they also failed to put my custom metal valve caps back on my tire valves and substituted cheaper generic plastic ones. Obviously will not be going back to Jiffy Lube on Main street again. read more

I actually came in here a few months ago for the first time since moving here, and was taken back by the workers. I have always had a good experience with Jiffy Lube in the past, but the old crew seem to be lazy and told me they don't do tire rotations and tried to upsell me on things I had personally already replaced. Now, the good part, I came in today, and Richard was working the front desk and took care of me. He went through each part with me over the computer brought in the air filters and even sampled my differential fluid to see if I really needed to change it rather than just up selling me. He also offered the tire rotation and I said I thought they didn't do that but apparently this was a fault of the old leadership. I think it's worth giving them a shot now, regardless of prior reviews, would be worth it to go in and see if they can take care of you like they did me. read more

Visited this Jiffy Lube today for a signature service oil change. First off it was a little unnerving when they asked me to review my cars services and they showed that it had 124,000 miles on it when it's a rather new truck with 10,000 miles, I told the guy that wasn't right and he was kind of insistent that it was that they got it right off the Vin number. Then I noticed the records they were showing me work for a jeep wrangler not a ram pick up truck so they start it over again, they did the oil change and I paid the bill and left and when I got home, I was looking at the invoice where it says vacuumed car complete(see picture) and cleaned windows(see picture) neither of which was done. That always puts in your mind the idea that what else do they not do? Since roughly 25 years ago I owned for Jiffy Lube's I was pretty disappointed to see their service today. to the employees credits, they were all very nice just poorly trained. read more

Noticed my tire was still low, asked if they checked them, they said yes. I left pulled around the corner and checked myself. Two were still low. No invoice or reminder sticker given. I specifically asked for the chassis to be lubed. They sais they would tell their staff to do so. Why would you have to tell staff to LUBE chassis and suspension components when your name is Jiffy LUBE? In the past their excuse was their gun was broken. The Zerk fittings were too dirty. Has anyone ever seen a clean Zerk fitting? I asked if they had a wire brush, they did not. Did not sit in the driveway this time and check it as I have done in the past, checked at grocery store, nope, did not lube the chassis. They listed it as sealed system on the invoice. He also told me things were leaking pretty bad around the oil filter and drain plug, I told him that was their job done 7 months prior. He said it is not their oil filter. Not sure whos oil filter they would have used, but that is their problem to figure out. If you want an oil change and nothing else, yeah they might be able to get that done. read more

Pricing was competitive and they did a good job of letting me know about some upcoming work that was recommend by my car manufacturer. Took my 2013 Kia Sorento to Jiffy Lube on 1901 N Main St in Longmont for an oil change with Mobile One $169.99 for 5 quarts. They used Penzoil Ultra without asking me if that was ok. they Changed the power steering fluid for $149.99. Without telling me how much it would be (my bad for not asking before hand). Brake fluid was low but not topped off. Radiator fluid was low but not topped off and they didn't let me know while I was in the waiting room. And to top off the perfect morning I had to go back and get them to put a window sticker. read more

This place scammed me through my insurance!!!! This young girl working there came up to me during a oil change and said they saw a little chip in the windshield and they did complementary chip repairs there...I thought it was weird since Ive never been offered that before, nor did I know of a new chip. I just switched car insurance companies the other day and the new one said I recently had a claim for glass repair. I literally thought someone had stolen my identity until they told me what the picture of my truck looked like and where it was. I was like what? I had a oil change and that's all. I have a new truck and have never filed a claim since owning it... These shitheads used my insurance, filed a claim without my knowledge, told me I was signing for the oil change, and now my car insurance is like 30$ a month because of they got my car insurance info!!! WTF! I literally just tried so hard to get this speeding ticket off my record from 3 years ago and it dropped this month and I was finally clear and was going to have cheaper insurance and these people got a check for like $80 off me!! We are from Austin, TX and were returning from a road trip from Estes Park. My engine brake light came on and I was concerned about driving back - towing a camper - without knowing what it was. I use Jiffy Lube at home and thought I'd stop in and see if they could help. They not only helped but topped off my oil and windshield wiper fluid, checked by tire pressure and diagnosed the engine light. I can say enough about the customer service of not just Chris (the Manager) who helped us directly but of all the staff -- all of them were very helpful and courteous, going out of their way to make sure we were being taken care of. By the way, the bathroom and waiting area were clean -- not something I can say about all Jiffy Lube's (at least here in Texas). read more

I've been coming to this location for years, but this and previous visit give me concern for attention to detail. Two recurring issues are that the open sign was not turned on and the exit door remained locked. Importantly was this time two unmasked men sat inside against Boulder county mandatory inside business mask rules. So, I had to sit outside in the hot sun and was required to go inside to pay after the men had left with no disinfectant process. When I asked why they were allowed to sit inside without masks, I was given a, "well, I thought..." answer. I won't go back to this station if my safety is not a priority. read more

I went in today for an oil change with a groupon voucher ($22 for a conventional change). I asked 3 separate employees four (4) different times if my voucher would be accepted. (Once before exiting my vehicle, once after walking into the office, once while talking to the tech about my services (who was incidentally the first kid I asked about it, and right before i went to pay out.) They ALL said yes, and that it wouldn't be a problem. They asked me if I wanted my coolant topped off for an additional $8. I said no, and that I'd do it myself when I got home, since it was just a little low, and not critically so. The guy acknowledged my comment, put it in the notes, and I went into the office. At the end of my visit, they asked to ring my card for additional charges. I asked what the charges were for. The lady told me it was for a coolant top off (which they went ahead and did anyway, despite my asking them not to do so), and because groupon "doesn't get their prices right", so I had to pay the difference. Because, you know. Groupon's screw up is my responsibility. So, they're performing services customers *specifically asked them to not do*, AND trying to charge them for it, and ALSO claiming that they will honor groupon vouchers, and then adding fees and charges. I understand that groupon might have fucked up, but that's on Jiffy Lube's employees, particularly when given FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES, to tell their customers they'll actually be charging more at the end, rather than springing it on unsuspecting customers. Had a really great experience here while having an oil change done. They excelled at customer service and providing quick and affordable services for my car. The technician, Ryan,  did a thorough and detail oriented comprehensive inspection of my vehicle and the CSA, Jerry, was very informative about what recommendations they had in regards to other services that would be beneficial for my car. Furthermore, the cost of everything was very reasonable- I feel that I received more services than what I had paid for! I took my vehicle to this location to get an inspection for Uber and Lyft and they tried to fail me because of a small chip on my windshield that I never even notice. Seriously you virtually need a magnifying glass to notice this. I think there was more to it than that. You can tell when you look at them a bunch of racist pigs works at this location and their only intention was to inconvenience me. You can tell this is a horrible location with a history and nobody goes here cause on a weekday, middle of the day there was not a single car for them to work on. Avoid this place at all cost, the people who work here are very shady and do not trust them with your car. Stopped in for oil change, june 13, 2018, the 4 men working there were very nice and polite. We just wanted an oil change as we were traveling, and we told them that the other free services were not needed. They came back and asked what about the windows? Ok, that's.something we really needed. So they took care of that. I went to Jiffy Lube because I had a good coupon. The young men who spoke to me when I got there warned me that they were busy and the oil change would awhile ( it did). Price was good. The reason for the one star rating is how messy they left my truck. I found 7 spots on the outside with oily fingerprints, and oily fingerprints on the inside as well. Not little smudges, but really messy. My truck is white, so they weren't hard to see. Do not plan on returning. read more

Unacceptable service work! Took a week to fix what the technician's screwed up, they over charged, did unnecessary work only to make matters worse, a $50 oil change ended up costing $225 of unnecessary BAD work and a week's worth of personal time to fix the problems done to her car. The guy was more interested in trying to make advances to my friend and made her feel uncomfortable, when we started working on her car we found all these issues that were not there before. Inappropriate behavior from male staff, unnecessary charges made, damage to her car and she was completely taken advantage of! Advised filing of report to the Better Business Bureau. Second strike at this location and I will not be trying a third. I specifically asked to have them check and replace lights, which they did not do until I was reviewing service. Even then they didn't notice the back right brake light was out and I had to come out and show them. I was then initially overcharged because the person I had negotiated with (assume manager) did not notify the technician that rang me up. To top it off, halfway home (about 5 miles) I noticed the right turn signal was out (rapid blinking on the switch). I returned to the service center and (assume manager) seemed perplexed when I told him and showed him the housing that was not seated correctly. When he reset it the blinker came on, but instead of owning up to the mistake (assume pinched line) he claimed ignorance to the malfunction and was mute when I asked if they checked the lights after they replaced the brake light. It all ended with terrible customer communication skills as he bluntly asked if "a refund would make me happy." It is not jiffy lube's job to make me happy, but it is their job to correctly service the vehicle and own up to mistakes IMHO. read more

Today I went back with my gift certificate for the last horrible experience I had here to give this business another chance. I was optimistic that I would come home and upgrade their review. ..... No such luck. I presented my $35 gift certificate before the $55 service, then, once the oil change was completed and I went to pay the balance, their system didn't want to take it, and I had to do battle to get the certificate honored. It wasn't that the system had a hard time that bugged me, it was that the nice young man who was trying to process the certificate had not been properly trained in how to deal with the situation. Instead of solving the problem, he insisted that I would have to pay. I had to get my boxers in a know and refuse to pay in order to get a district manager involved who then finally solved it. I shouldn't have to ruin both of our days to be treated fairly. That brought my rating down to 2 stars.... the drop to 1 star comes from the fact that after I got in my car to drive away, I discovered that, once again, they failed to do a professional job. Didn't vacuum the floor mats as they stated they had in their service report, and didn't put a new sticker on the window to tell me when my next service is due. I showed up with an expectation of the service to be performed for 24.99 they dropped the oil before we even discussed the service to be performed. The gentleman who who was so rude when I offered to pay the coupon price and was rude to me and my family by insulting us I took his picture since he would not give me his name and told us to leave. Originally, Adam was the GM and he handled every occasion with extreme care, both for myself and both of my roommates who I recommended specifically because of Adam. From my understanding, Ryan is the new GM and again, I feel like I received A++ service -- even before knowing he was the GM. This place is a joke. Came in yesterday 8/14/18 they said it would take 40 minute,ok fine went to grab a bite. Came back 45minutes later they gave me another excuse long story short 90 minutes later they said sorry for the inconvenience gave me a coupon book and sent me on my way. This morning I woke up and there was a puddle of oil the size of 12" plate on my driveway. Against my better judgment I returned and asked them what the hell. They said it was my plug and the plastic gasket, of which they didn't have in stock. So now I'm still sitting here (45 minutes)watching people have their oil changed in less time then it has taken them to change out my plug. This place is horrible. I dunno what's up...
