When I called Joaquin was very eager to help and have the vehicle checked out. Upon bring my vehicle there he let me know that due to how the cars panels hung down they were not able to lift it and did not want to take a risk on breaking anything. He offered to use a floor jack to at least be able to check the front brakes. Him and his staff were very friendly and eager to help out. I drive an electric vehicle so there is not really much to service but anyone who does drive a gas/hybrid vehicle should definitely see Joaquin and his team. Very poor inspection, very poor workmanship. Flat repair was fine; I gave 110% cash tip. I didn't discover the error until I left and was unable to return. Ruined the rest of my 20-hour drive.
