I got quotes from several places. They were the most affordable. I've got 2 vehicles, am a gearhead owning everything from Porsches to '67 GTO's and '55 Chevys and this is my body shop from now on !! Include these folks, (friendly, easy) in any quotes you get for bodywork. I chose them for the price and reviews. And the results in 2025 for my 2011 Avalon were 100% !!

I did not fully understand that this shop was going to do a counter quote. After dropping off my car and getting my insurance info over (which I should have never done) I get notified two weeks later that my vehicle is totaled because the shop sent a counter quote back to my insurance and stripped a lot of the vehicle down and said it was going to cost upwards of 10,000 to fix in which my insurance totaled the vehicle. Because my insurance totaled the vehicle this shop would not let me have my vehicle back unless my insurance paid them over $3,000 for the "work" that was "performed" and the "daily vehicle storage fee". The car was never repaired, and I was left with a now "totaled" vehicle that only had cosmetic issues and a bent door frame... Beyond the worst experience at any shop I've ever had. Do not take your vehicle here as this shop tries to squeeze money out of insurance and will hold your vehicle hostage. Edit after shop reply 10/30/25: My first mistake was dropping the vehicle off. My second mistake was sending my insurance info over. All I wanted was the door bent back straight and a basic repair. When I dropped my vehicle off I don't remember it being clear that you were going to do a tear down and then charge a storage fee towards insurance. After I finally Received my vehicle back from your shop I put my own vehicle back together after I got it back and it took me about 2hrs. Charging my insurance $3000 for no actual repair work is insane. I remember quote for quote what you said to insurance since they hadn't paid you yet and they were only willing to pay you around $1200 for vehicle storage and the "work" preformed.. you said "that's not good enough." because you wanted over $3000 from my insurance for this "work" that was preformed and storage fees... aka just a tear down of the inner fender, the outer fender flair the front bumper and grill taken off and lights off. (The only reason I brought this vehicle in is because wind pulled the driver door open and bent the hinges and slightly cracked where the hinges are welded to the A pillar. A simple fix is all I asked for not a full a pillar replacement...." you bent the front fender while getting the door open (which I could have done myself but wanted to try and not bend anything more which is why I took this to a shop in the first place...) and then did a full tear down of the driver side door including taking the glass out.. I don't even care about that Jeep anymore and was willing to just give it away at that point in this process because of how pissed off I was and still am about this whole thing. You should have called me before sending any "supplement" to my insurance. Moral of the story for anyone who is considering this shop: don't involve insurance with this shop or you will be sitting between a shop feud with your insurance as the shop is trying to squeeze money out of the insurance company. They might like to do repair work but all this shop sees when you have insurance involved is dollar signs.

They do all my adjustments for my daily driver as well as my SCCA Solo F-Prepared MINI Cooper S. All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).

To make a longer story short, I took my 1968 Camaro to Wally's speed shop to get some work done…read more After inspecting my car I was hit with a $5,500 estimate, to which I agreed to pay, 6-13-18. (Proof below). Two months later I was sent an invoice for $6,700. Owner of shop cited extra work that needed to be done as the reason. So I went in to pick up my car with $5,200 cash and paid the rest on my debit card. My car was dirty, had loose wires hanging by the pedals that I had to tuck myself, the front tires rubbed at full lockout due to new rotors in the front. I noticed a dent on my hood that was caused by the nut on the air cleaner not being tightened down. And worst of all, not a single lugnut was torqued down, I verified and torqued them all after one was found on the ground next to the tire after I brought the car home. I called the owner and told him I wasn't happy about going way over budget for such shotty work. He told me he would make it right but never did. I left a less than impressive review on the Facebook the other day and the owner decided to argue with me and ultimately told me that he only charged me $5500 instead of the $6700 I actually paid. Even as I sent him the emails and txt messages from when the work was completed. He also came up with every excuse in the book as to why the lugnuts were loose, And why their work was so bad. This business took me for a ride, charge me premium prices, only to pocket some cash. And lie about it later. If you value you car, or your pocketbook. Stay away from this business. Worst fabrication I've ever seen in my 20 years of racing. Took car in to have a roll cage…read moreinstalled. They told me they have it done in four days which I knew was impossible. 5 WEEKS later I finally got my car back. The welds are the worst mig welds I've ever seen. Imagine a Campbell Hausfield $100 welder from Walmart used by someone who has never welded, and then didn't use any gas to boot. The integrity of everything they've welded is now in question and I've wasted $10,000 with these incompetent people who have zero business being in the fabrication world. As an added bonus they hooked up the handbrake such that it locks up the left front tire and right rear! Lastly the bolts for the harnesses protrude through the floor of the car such that the first bump or rock I hit will shear them completely in half. It's a rally car so that shouldn't be a problem :-( They apologized for all the shit work and said they fired the guy that did it, but that doesn't help me nor recover the $10k that was wasted.
