Passing through town 8-22-25 and had a flat, during their multi point inspection the technician removed the cabin air filter, a mouse had gotten in there {not Midas fault} the technician dropped nesting material and other debris which fell into the air vent which caused loud noise and mouse poop to fly out of AC vents the rest of my trip. Very poor inspection, very poor workmanship. Flat repair was fine; I gave 110% cash tip. I didn't discover the error until I left and was unable to return. Ruined the rest of my 20-hour drive. read more

Midas in Greeley did some work on our truck's brakes a couple of weeks ago. When we got the truck back, the ABS light was on but my husband gave it a week to see if it would go off on it's own. When it didn't, he contacted Midas and they told him to bring it back in. They discovered an issue with a bearing , ordered the parts and fixed it for free. read more

We had an appointment for Wednesday morning for new brakes, it's now Saturday afternoon and we still do not have our vehicle back. Their customer service is ridiculous and they won't answer the phone. I regret ever taking our vehicle there for service. We will never be back and we will tell everyone we know to stay away from them. I don't know how they stay in business! read more

Had my breaks done here about a year and a half ago. Took my car back after 3 months and told them my breaks were squeaking when they weren't doing that prior to me taking my car in. They told me my breaks were fine. Fast forward to today, my breaks are shot. The roter ate through the break Pads. Midas refuses to take responsibility siting their "years of experience" saying this was not a fault of theirs, rather normal wear and tear. After looking at my car, wanted to replace the rotors, And break pads. My husband and I obviously took my car somewhere else since they would not take responsibility and didn't do it right the first time. Once the other shop we took my car to looked at the car, they immediately knew the issue was caused by a bad caliper. Midas didn't even catch this! All they wanted to do was replace the rotors and break pads. No mention of the caliper. so they wouldn't have even fixed the actual issue. Went for a simple oil change took the receptionist 15-20 min just to find out if they had the Oil for my Truck once I got the truck back my Air Filter was disconnected and dangling they forgot to put the oil cap on (had to purchase new one) and my dipstick handle was broken Avoid this place at all costs read more

I was going to have a part replaced in my car. They wanted to charge me almost 150% markup on the part.

Went to Midas with a set of steering knuckles I removed from my van that needed new ball joints installed. I brought brand new ball joints for the job with me and asked if they would do the labor removing the old and installing the new parts. I was told by the manager that they don't install parts that customers bring in and that most places would not. This is the laziest thing I've heard in a while. I work on my own vehicles and bring in parts to various shops every once in a while to do the tasks I cannot. Never has a shop refused to work on my items. The shop only had one vehicle they were working on at the time, looked like they could have used the $200.00 I was going to pay for labor. Guess they couldn't be bothered. I went to Brakes Plus down the street. They said "no problem", and completed the work in 2 hours. Don't waste your time at Midas of Greeley. read more

Mark Rodriguez, the general manager, is a huge fuckin crook. I've had good service there but when that mother fucker is there, things get sabotaged and I'm told I need bogus repairs for outrageous prices. Awful service here. Brought my daughter's car in for a simple oil and air filter change that was told would take 45 minutes. Two hours later they realize they do not have the air filter. Now here almost three hours while they go and find one. Very simple basic thing is taking forever and wasting our remaining time spent with our daughter. read more

I went there because I had a Valpak coupon and I actually look to see if you needed an appointment and it didn't say you did. When I went in there the guy said "oh no we can't get to that for 2 or 3 hours I can put you down if you want." Of course I said No and went to Grease Monkey off of 10th Street by 59th and they did a great job and even accepted another Grease Monkey coupon. I was out of there in 15 minutes. read more

Have gone to the location on 28th 2x now. Both times told it would be a 4 hour wait while only 1 bay had a vehicle. Also brought in a coupon that they refused to honor. Something about them not receiving the oil to do the job. WTH There won't be a third time. read more

I do not have much to say about this particular location. They are horrible garbage. They Nickle and dime you for every thing you are worth. Tell you have a problem fix it and the same thing keeps happening. Then they tell you that it is this, and this and this. I personally will never ever in my life use this company ever again. First of all the lady at counter was terrible. I was clearly next and she asked if someone else was next in line. She also asked my phone and address twice and was a bit rude sounding. Then they never called me with an update all day. Finally I called them and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my car and it never overheated when it clearly overheated and leaked. read more

Wonderful, fast, friendly service! The tech, Travis, was thurough and made sure my car was safe for the road. It was very apparent that he was passionate about this line of work. They brought me out to the shop to show me their recomendations instead of just saying "you need brakes,..., etc." I will definitely be back for my future car needs and will refer others to the shop as well! One star is as low as I can go. I'd go lower if I could. Mark Rodriguez, the general manager took me for $170+ saying I needed a new flex pipe. I was on vacation 700 miles from home so I trusted them. When I got back home my exhaust leaked again. I crawled under my car and all they did was put an old metal strap and 2 clamps to hold the pipe together. One clamp had broken so it was leaking again. Straight out crook and deceptive guy. My local shop fixed it with a new section of pipe welded in for $75 and said my flex pipe was OK and original to the car. How does this guy sleep at night. I even contacted him with a picture of his repair and he just eluded answering. I don't think all Midas shops are like this but stay away from this one!!! read more
