I've been using firestone for standard auto services for nearly 25 years and they have never let me down. For the past 10 yrs I use the one on Brand in Glendale. I met Allan, the manager there when I had trouble with my Mercedes and I was fed up with the dealership and their crazy prices. He hooked us up for a fraction of the cost. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and honest. For all these years, with 3 different vehicles, they have been easy and reliable and competitive with their pricing. Today, again they did us right - new brakes, new tires and additional maintenance services I walked out with a fresh ride for much less than the dealer was asking. Quick service and friendly staff. A+. Thanks guys! read more

The service here is awesome! Been going here for years and the staff is always friendly! My service manager, Vic Makuchyan always greets us w a smile and answers all our questions w professionalism. Thanks Firestone! read more

These guys have always been super nice and helpful! The store manager, Allen, fixed up some small services right away and got us on our way on a busy Saturday morning. THANKS!! read more

I use Firestone on all my vehicles. This location saved me, TWICE!! I hit road debree on a late Saturday afternoon and came in. They had my tire, were open later than anyone else on a Saturday night-6:30- they got me in and out in 25 minutes. Btw also was due for my oil change and they did that too, plus courtesy inspection. ALL IN 25 MINUTES. I can't get my butt out of my house in the morning in 25 minutes! The second thing was, I have tire insurance for road debree and the place of business must call my insurance with details. I went back in to this location and Allen Sarkissian stopped what he was doing to take 20 minutes to deal with phone calls and fax's for me. Wow, way above and beyond. read more

I was looking for new tires for my bmw, i didnt know it's so expensive, I call many places and Allen gave me the BEST DEAL. I drop my car and after couple hours got a call from Allen that my car is ready. He then amaze me with what happened to my car: he told me that one of the bolts was damage and they couldn't open it. They took my car to BMW dealer in the area, had them reconstruct the damage bolt and install the new tires in less than 3 hours. They didnt charge me for the extra work on the bolt. Thank you! I am definitely recommend them, amazing customer service. read more

Allen the store manager was super helpful! Came in and he helped screw in my plates immediately. Very friendly and quick service.

This place is the best Firestone that I have ever been to. An excellent customer service. A tire pressure light came on for the third time, and they found a tiny hole on the side of the wheel that I could not detect. Thank the team for their professional and thorough care! read more

We made an appointment for 8:00 am 2 weeks before going in. They said it would be a few hours (only for brakes). We took a walk to have breakfast and go to the mall. When we called at 10:30 after not hearing from them about approving work after the inspection, they told my boyfriend my car was up next. We came back at 11:30 my car was in the exact same parking spot I had left it in. My boyfriend asked them about it and then they took it over immediately. I didn't leave until 1:30 pm. When my boyfriend asked what the point of their appointment system was, they didn't seem to appreciate that. He also let them know he paid much less for the same service at another Firestone location in West LA. I came to this location at the urging of my boyfriend who had been so impressed with the West LA location. I was hoping for the same experience but I will likely not return :( read more

This place is great! Purchased tires with a protection plan. 2 tires repaired from nails and no charge! Service is always fast and the guys are amazingly friendly, professional, and courteous! Highly recommended. read more

I had to tow my car to Firestone on Brand BLVD in Glendale and I met Andrew and he made me feel very welcomed and gave me the best advise and option to resolve the problem . The best Firestone EVER!! The guys here are amazing and I must brag on Allen Sarkissian... he really goes above and beyond for me and my family. Everytime we visit he gives special attention to our vehicle. He makes sure our tires are aligned, battery checked and fluids leveled... He goes above and beyond and pays attention to detail. Go in Firestone make sure you ask for Allen because he'll give you nothing but excellence and superior service. Thank you, you're always the best!!! Plus, he has a funny side which is needed and appreciated!! read more

Bad experience at all, one of the technicians doesn't even know how to remove a spare tire from a vehicle that he was working on!

Highly recommend it here. The staff is kind professional and efficient. I was there to have my tire replaced and Alvaro helped immensely by making it a smooth process and helping pick a great quality tire for a great deal read more

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. Only to be ignored by both employees at the desk. No one to say I'll be right with you. No one to make eye contact with me. This Firestone needs to work on their customer service. But this was the last time I'll ever do business with Firestone. Not one single employee was responsive. Waited as long as I could before exiting, because I had a zoom call and work to do. Never again. read more

I hit a pothole on my way to work and made my way to the closest Firestone because I fed had their card for years. I was greeted by Alan who was very kind and very professional and he got me in and out in no time. Their service was fast, courteous and their location was very convenient. Thank you Alan and thank you always Firestone. read more

I'm giving two stars instead of one because they did correct my alignment and it has driven fine since. That is all I went in for. Like many places they decided to inspect the rest of the car unprompted. When I went to pick up my car they gave me a list of issues to correct. I declined additional services and carried on. Today I went to another shop to get my brakes checked because TWO employees here insisted that I urgently take care of my brakes. One of them even stopped me on my way out stressing the importance. The mechanic at today's shop was very honest and showed me my brakes and said he was confused as to why I was checking on them bc they are completely fine. He then checked my engine light and found only one issue to replace versus the scroll Firestone gave me. I'm disappointed in the lack of integrity this location has shown and am disgusted that they would use their power to prey on vulnerable customers that don't know better. I hope this saves someone a some money and from being cheated by these scammers. read more

I really appreciate the service here at Firestone. As a female, I unfortunately experience a lot of bullshit when I go to mechanics....some places try to take advantage of me or assume I don't know squat about cars just because I'm a female. This has caused a lot of challenges for me in trying to get my car serviced the way I know it needs to be..... But not here :) the customer service here has been friendly and impeccable. The mechanics and technicians are straight shooters not out to make a buck, but hard workers trying to ensure that you have a good experience and feel like a valued customer. Today for example, I found out I had a nail in my tire and rushed over here to see if it could be patched. It couldn't and I needed to actually replace my back two tires (which I knew I needed to do soon anyway). The manager took care of me, cut me a great deal on tires, but also rushed the work (despite being swamped already) so that I could get out of here in less than an hour. Class acts all around. :) thanks firestone! read more

They created problems for me before I arrived at the place. I called in the morning and spoke to the service manager. Informed him I had an FJ Cruiser and needed an alignment. "Bring it on in!" he tells me. Maybe 90 minute wait. I make an 16 mile round trip to get the car from home on my lunch break. I pull into the lot and he's happens to be walking from the garage to the waiting area when I pull up. He looks at me and says "what are you coming in for?" I tell him I spoke to someone on the phone who said to bring my FJ in for an alignment. He gives me this "gee wizz, sorry pal" expression and tone and says "we can't align tires that big. We don't have the equipment required to attach to your all terrain tires." I ask "Most FJ Cruisers have big tires because they are designed for off-roading. Why didn't you tell me this on the phone?" He says he's sorry again, and to go down the street to Need4Speed. They can do it...... His credibility now below ground level, I call "Need4Speed" before I made the drive and they inform me they don't perform alignments at all. I hope this helps you with your decision making process. read more

Hey, not bad! The best part about this place is that while the price of an oil change ($28.99 WITH filter!) is more or less competitive with the other cheap "grease" shops, like Jiffy Lube and EZ Lube, etc.... they DON'T HASSLE YOU. I repeat: They. Do. Not. Hassle. You. With. Sh*t. Your. Car. Does. Not. Need. Nothing's worse (okay there are worse things) than when you're in a rush at a lube shop, and the guy calls you out, and all your car's sh*t is neatly displayed (like your air filter, cabin filter, yadda yadda) under the hood, and they make you sit through a ten minute sales pitch, about stuff you're 99% sure your car doesn't need. And then they judge you when you say no to everything. Feck off. Last time, super cool rep Ricky gave me a free oil change for the next time because my tranny flush took longer than it should have. Keeps me coming back! read more

Have to say that they do have fairly good customer service and are attentive to try and help. Not too aggressive with the standard upsells. But due to the fact that they stripped the threading on my oil pan while changing my oil, I'm a bit livid. Never had any issues til I came here for a promo special. Got a tire here as well which was put on quickly and got in and out in 30 min. which was great. But the fact the screwed up majorly and say it's just wear and tear does not fly with me but not much I can do as I can't drive around leaking oil all over the place. read more

Good customer service when I arrived, but I was lucky I got there at 7:30AM. I had made an appointment, then called to change the date and when I arrived on the rescheduled time, I was told I had no appointment. It worked out OK because it was so early. In general, I didn't feel pressure to get any upgrades. I felt that I got honest answers to my questions and that I wasn't pushed around because I'm a woman (which I'm always a little afraid of when I go to auto shops). FYI the oil change was $80 (WTF? I still don't fully get this one...). They pointed out some other things on the car that need repairs and I'm getting a second opinion, but all in all I felt I got a good experience. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Firestone - Tires Near Me - Glendale, California

Speedy convenience with professional help and courtesy. My 1997 Subaru Impreza was in need of axle repair. The peoples at FireStone not only took care of the axle but also switched out my gaskets that were leaking. Although it's common for mechanics to tag on extra repairs, Firestone was super honest. I took the same car to two different places which quoted me for all these other repairs that didn't need to be done (taking into consideration that the OBD was spitting out readings that were getting screwed up by a loose radiator cap). The total came out to 100 bucks more than I was expecting to pay. But, I definitely feel more safe. Also Alan hooked it up with Uber to and from work. Took advantage of that for sure. read more

Great customer service! I brought my car in for multiple issues. They recommended against the expensive service I thought I needed, and had my car ready sooner than the quoted time. I'll definitely be back! read more

I brought my car in because the "replace brake pad" notification came on. Prior to my appointment I looked at my rotors and they were fine. A couple of hours later they called me to tell me that I needed to replace my front brake pads and rotors. I advised him I just need my brake pads replaced. He then told me that they can't just replace the pads it would have to be both for my vehicle. I told That wasn't true because I have replaced just the brake pads before. I told him I would take it elsewhere. He then told me I owed them $21 for the inspection. I advised him that I have a coupon which includes a free brake inspection. He then said that was only for certain vehicles. I told him that was not true. It doesn't say that on the coupon. He said that he would waive the charge just pick up my car. When I got there about 30 minutes later my car was still on the lift tires still off and the hood of my car up. Not sure why the hood was open for brakes. Beware. read more

My only regret is that I can't give more stars! I popped my tire pulling into a store driveway, and I needed all new tires anyway so I came directly here. I am one heck of a pain - they had to help me get a ride home, and a ride back once the car was finished. I also needed an alignment, and there was a rattling coming from under the car. They fixed everything, took great care of the old lady and woohoo! The car is feeling grand! Allen, Andrew, thank you both for being such dear and kind souls! read more

I went in for minor service. They were great. I was attended by Allen Sarkissian. He was busy but very professional. Really impressed with Firestone; I was having work done on my Jeep Wrangler and the dealership wanted over $40 to replace a burnt out turn signal light. I wandered into Firestone and the manager gave me 2 spare bulbs at no charge. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for future maintenance and tires! read more

Ok. I've got a smile on my face. I've been all over town on a donut tire, stopped in at three other shops, and this is the one that got my business. In particular, Allen got my business. He is very friendly and straightforward in an industry that seems (from my travels today) to be filled with cold, indifferent, uninformative liars. Come here first! Ask for Allen! Tell him you saw this on Yelp and believe he'll give you the best deal and will be straight with you about your options and the real prices. I even had a kind of confusing discount and he stepped by stepped it for me, showing me their cost, normal price, and how the discount applied. Every other shop was vague and tried to fast talk me out of much more money on CHEAPER tires! Seriously... Thank you, Allen. You made a bad night turn into a much better day. read more

These guys just made my night (and let's be real, my car's life). It's really awesome when your shop stays open an extra half hour so you can come get your car hell or high water, via uber, from Venice, during rush hour. And they do it all with smiles and genuine pride in providing dope costumer service. Special thanks to Larry for convincing me it was actually, really, promise, no trouble to wait up for me. And thanks Allen for always hookin it up with the great prices, your lovely speaking voice, and your incredible memory for my car's medical history like it was your own child or something. I've been going to this particular Firestone for over two years and would recommend it to anyone, even if they lived in Venice. Keep up the great work my friends. :) read more

I just spent a good amount of money for an inspection that's lasted 5.5 hours. I specifically asked them to check under the car for anything weird because it was making a weird noise. When we got the car back, they said they fully checked the under carriage and everything was perfect. We drove off and the noise was still there but thought nothing of it because they said nothing was wrong. Well, that was incorrect and they never even looked at the car. We started driving on the freeway and there's a loud noise and the undercarriage protector fell off. Took it to the nearest dealer and they said it's been like that for awhile and that we were scammed at Firestone (this isn't the first time). Don't go here, especially for an inspection. They don't actually inspect anything. They just take your money. The guy I spoke to when I got it actually fixed said that it's completely wrong for a company like Firestone to do this and that it happens all the time with this particular location. Trust me, never go here. Also, they said it would be 3 hours and it took 5 and a half. Plan for that. read more

I've gotten regular oil changes, tire rotations, and tire alignments from here. They get 4 stars for being solid on routine maintenance. So when I got a flat tire, my first stop was to have Firestone patch it up. They outright refused to patch the flat tire, insisting that I purchase a full set of new tires. The claim was that the tire was too bald (it's not), and that it's against policy to patch the flat. Needless to say, I took the flat tire across the street, got it patched for $30 in about 30 mins, and was happily on my way. They lose a star for this. All the other times I've been here to get an oil change, rotation, alignment, they kept pushing tires on me. So, I went to Costco tire to get a quote, The customer service rep at Costco told me that I have a few thousand miles left on the tires, and they're wearing incorrectly due to low tire pressure. The middle tread hasn't even hit the tread wear marker in the middle. They lose another star for this. One time I got an alignment, and they lost the alignment results. Other than that, they're friendly, clean, and do a good job. read more

I am weary of most auto repair shops, but for the most part I trust this garage. I also appreciate the proximity to the Americana and Galleria Mall, and a gym, so there is plenty to do while waiting for them to work on my car. They call me when it's ready, and sometimes they call when they have some recommendations for service. I appreciate that they don't try to push these further repairs on me, threatening me with life and limb if I don't have it fixed. I recommend the lifetime alignment (if they still have that option). read more

I had to replace a tire on my Fleet vehicle and Allen Sarkissian, the store manager, was wonderful! He provided me with service that was professional, compassionate and prompt. The Glendale location did not have the exact brand of tires as my other tires so Allen made sure to order the same brand, since I have an all wheel vehicle, from another Firestone and it was shipped to the Glendale location in an matter of a couple of hours. My safety was his main focus and I really appreciated his help. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and I got the service that I needed.
